Special location behind electronic gates is immaculately presented and cared for apartment complex with mature grounds, plenty carparking. There is one bedroom situated to the rear of the apartment and the second bedroom is incorporated into open plan living/dining/kitchen area via a neatly tucked away "Murphy Bed". The apartment offers spacious modern accommodation with fabulous balcony overlooking Kinsale Harbour and Kinsale Town.

A refundable deposit of €200.00 secures the booking.
Full payment must be made four weeks prior to letting.

The apartment may not be available until 4pm on the day of your arrival; bags may be left in storage prior to this for your convenience, but you must arrange this at least two weeks beforehand.
During peak times the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning for the next arrival.

By Air:
-Cork Airport (20 km) is most convenient and is served by Ryanair, Aer Lingus and Aer Arann
-Dublin Airport (290 km) is served by major international airlines; Continental, Etihad , Lufthansa etc.

By Sea:
-The Port of Cork (16 km) operates seasonal ferry services to Roscoff (France).
-Rosslare (215 km) is served by ferries (Irish Ferries, P&O Irish, Stena) from Britain (Fishguard and Pembroke) and France (Le Havre and Cherbourg) all year.

By Car:
From Cork, follow signs for the Airport. Take the R600 from the airport right into Kinsale; you'll pass through the small villages of Riverstick and Belgooly.

In Kinsale, follow R600 around the harbour, passing Acton's Hotel. Shearwater is on your right. Detailed instructions and keys will be mailed before your departure.
