The Kinsale area
Located at the mouth of the River Bandon, the village of Kinsale sits on the Atlantic coast in County Cork. Popular with visitors, it is famed for its marina, home to many luxury yachts and a number of sailing clubs. There is a selection of fine restaurants producing gourmet cuisine, and numerous fashionable bars and shops throughout the town. Kinsale itself has a rich history whilst its impressive architecture and narrow intersecting streets make it a wonderful holiday backdrop. The surrounding area is also home to a number of historical sites such as Charles Fort, and Desmond Castle – the latter being the home to the International Museum of Wine. Blarney Castle is also within easy reach and it is here that visitors can kiss the Blarney Stone and leave with the 'gift of the gab'.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
