Electric cooker with double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with basic Satellite, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack of wood for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large garden with terraced lawns reached via 14 steps, ground level gravel seating area with garden furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 8 mins walk.

Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye. And if all that touring leaves you thirsty, lashings of Herefordshire cider should do the trick!
The Kington area
Known as a 'centre for walking', the small town of Kington is situated near the Welsh Borders in the area known as The Marches. The region is renowned for its lovely scenery and excellent walking routes through the surrounding hills. This charming settlement offers a number of good shops, pubs, restaurants and a variety of tourist attractions close by including the impressive Eastnor Castle, Hergest Croft Gardens and the Offa's Dyke Path. Also within easy driving distance are the Mortimer Trail and the walk to Hergest Ridge - apparently the inspiration for the beautiful music of both Elgar and Mike Oldfield. Also within easy reach is the town of Hay-on-Wye, known for its numerous book shops, craft shops and antique shops The ancient city of Hereford is also close by and boasts an impressive Norman cathedral and the famous Mappa Mundi - a 13th Century cartographer's interpretation of the world.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
