Crabshell Quay is just a short walk along the river to the market town of Kingsbridge and its many restaurants and bars. The apartment is is located on the 2nd floor via two flights of stairs and is very bright and airy with high ceilings and large windows and has been beautifully finished throughout. It is accessed through secure gates into a courtyard where there is parking for one car.

A CD player and radio are included in the TV.
Kitchen Information Kitchen -The kitchen is located within the open plan living area and takes in the views across the estuary. -It is modern and stylish with a granite worksurface and integrated appliances including an elecrtic cooker and grill with 4 ring halogen hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer /dryer in the large hall cupboard. -Other accessories and appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Dining -The dining area has views over the rooftops and is furnished with an oval table with 4 matching high backed beige suede chairs. There are 2 further chairs in the bedrooms.
