A majestic gravelled drive sweeps through wrought iron gates leading into this elegant estate, now transformed through sensitive restoration centred around the historic Fallapit House that dates back to the early 13th century.

Set in 22 acres of glorious parkland's and gardens, Fallapit Mews is one of a number of newly built homes on the development, benefiting from a prime position with views from the principal bedroom overlooking the picturesque lake and gardens.

Offering exquisite accommodation arranged over two floors, this beautiful property boasts refinements including an Italian designed Scavolini kitchen, two bathrooms lavishly furnished in designer fittings with Italian limestone walls and floors, an Ipod docking station with surround sound and a contemporary gas log fireplace that complete the appeal for cooler months. The nearby delightful 'olde worlde' pub The Fortescue Arms is well worth a visit, just a1/2 mile away, it can be reached on foot, and offers an excellent variety of real ales, great food and an open fire. The glorious shingle stretch of Slapton Sands is just a five miles away and the ancient market town of Kingsbridge is just 3 miles. There is allocated parking for one car and additional parking for visitors if required.

The Kingsbridge / East Allington area

The ancient market town of Kingsbridge lies betwixt Plymouth, to the west, Torbay to the east and Dartmoor to the north and is the historic and natural centre of the South Hams. Kingsbridge can truly claim to be the “hub of the wheel” from which to explore this beautiful area. Kingsbridge is still a vibrant working town, not just a holiday centre, and has a varied selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs which are open all year.

The major crowd pulling events in town are the Music Festival, held during June and Fair Week, by tradition in July. The fact that we are often lucky enough to have late, balmy autumns and early springs mean we are very much open for business ‘out of season’ and with Kingsbridge now awarded accreditation as the very first walkers are welcome town in Devon, it offers a whole year round interest for visitors.
