Ideally located for approx 1 hour to the east by road or rail from Edinburgh, Capital of Scotland, with its Castle, shops, Palace and museums. Approx 40 minutes to the south west by road or rail is Glasgow, Scotland's largest city, with its cosmopolitan shopping, museums, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Travel 20km west of Stirling and visit The Loch Lomond National park with its mountains, loch and visitor attractions.

See Lions and Tigers at Scotland's only Safari Park 5km to the west of Stirling.

Travelling North 5km is the picturesque Victorian Spa town of Bridge of Allan or continue another 15km to reach Callander and the Trossachs with its beutiful forests and mountains. Take a trip on a paddle steamer on Loch Katrin or for the more adventurous ride on the longest zip wire in Britain at Aberfoyle.
