In Spring, Autumn and Winter the beaches become a magnet for bird watchers who want to view the masses of migrating birds.
The beaches at this time are also perfect for taking the air, beautiful bracing walks, after which return to hot buttered crumpets and tea. Shopping, King’s Lynn is close by, whilst for those who want a more focused shop there is Burnham Market, known locally as Chelsea on Sea, and Holt, both are within easy reach. Norwich and the Norfolk Broads are easily accessible.

Excellent. The service from John and Pam was brilliant. They greeted us with champagne cocktails (which were pretty lethal ha) and they only live at the end of the road so they are close on hand to sort any problems. They sort the hot tub out at 9pm and 9am, closing and opening it and cleaning it for you. We had everything we needed during our stay including a welcome basket of tea, coffee, sugar, bread and milk! The property has a long list of amenities that can keep a large group entertained. The hot tub, pool, pool slide and inflatables being just the main focus. There is a small gym room; a pool changing room; a table tennis table; WIFI; a BBQ; 3 sofa areas; a poker kit; a working bar; 2 TV's; a large garden with plentiful seating. Failing that if you want to play big games such as cricket, rounders or football, then there is the village hall field directly behind the property. I didn't expect as much as there was when I arrived, a pleasant shock. The house is the perfect layout to accommodate such big groups too as all the bedrooms are on one level and lead out to a lounge area, perfect for socialising. The house is in the village of Middleton, it is a 5 minute walk away from a steak house/pub. We did not use this restaurant as we had too many BBQ's but it has good reviews on tripadvisor. The Tesco/Sainsbury are a 5 minute drive away. A taxi into Kings Lynn cost us £12 for a minibus (3 miles away). So there are lots of options if you do want to leave the house, which you probably won't. John and Pam built this house in the 70's I believe and thus in some areas it can seem a little dated. It is however being redecorated and the rooms that have been modernised already look wonderful. The house however is still immaculately clean and the perfect place to stay! I suggest if you are a large group looking for a holiday of pure fun and relaxation you come here! |

An excellent house with plenty of accommodation that was ideal for our stag group, as few properties of this size, unfortunately the weather was not great so did not make a great deal of use of the hot tub and pool. Large well-appointed kitchen and plenty of dining space so we could all sit down and eat together. Good lounge and bar area so could enjoy a few beers before heading off to local pub. The Turner family were all very helpful and accommodating right from making my initial enquiry through to departure. Excellent value for money, all made for a great weekend away. Would recommend it to friends and hope to come back another time. |

Our group of 12, all family brothers cousin and families had a good week. House was really nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub kept the kids fully entertained even in the rain! We went to the coast twice and visited Sandringham that was close by as well. The team at Magic Moments were very welcoming and happy for us to contact them for any help etc. With the kids and pool the on site washing machine and drier were a great accompaniment. |
