The whole coast of Wexford is covered with miles of sandy beaches. This area has the highest sunshine rate in Ireland and is often referred to as "the Sunny South East". It is an ideal family holiday destination with plenty of sights and outdoor activities. Kilmuckridge is an ideal location from which to tour the South East area.

Kilmuckridge is conveniently situated in one of the East Coast's most sought after areas. It is only 90 minutes from Dublin, and just 20 minutes from Gorey town and 25 minutes from Wexford town, both with great shopping, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The village of Kilmuckridge has received Ireland's first environmental Green Coast Award, it boasts the Blue Flag awarded Morriscastle Beach and is a very popular fishing location.The village has all amenities including restaurants, take aways, a hotel, pubs, Centra, Londis, post office, petrol station and chemist.
There are many local activites nearby including Kia Ora Farm, Shrule Deer Farm, Wells House and a Golf Course. Other sights within driving distance are Hook Head LIghthouse, Kilmore Quay fishing village, Saltee Islands, Irish National Heritage Park, Johnstown Castle, Duncannon Fort, Wexford Wildlife Reserve and many more.

A 90 minute drive from Dublin, all new motorways, very straight forward.
Ferry to either Rosslare - 30 minute drive, Dublin - 95 minute drive or Dun Laoghaire - 95 minute drive.

Further details indoors: Two sitting rooms, ideal for one - two families. There are T.Vs and DVD players in both sitting rooms and two bedrooms, second sitting room includes many children's movies. Electricity charges are included in the rate. Towels and linens are also provided.
Further details outdoors: The garden at the rear of the house is almost an acre in size and is very secure for young children. There are also two gates at the entrance to the property. A t the rear of the property there is a very large decking area which captures the sun all day long. There are two tables and eight chairs located on the deck ,ideal for dinner parties complete with rope lighting and two three pin power outlets for your blender or music player. There is also a picnic table to read the papers and have breakfast. The smooth tarmac drive around the house is ideal for bikes, rollerskates etc. There is a good size children's play area complete with a swing set and slide, the ground in this area is covered in bark mulch.
Further details
Upon arrival a refundable security deposit of € 300 is required on collection of keys. This is to cover any accidental breakages / damages. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay once everything is left in good order. It is expected that the property will be left in a clean and tidy condition on departing. Household rubbish should be bagged and left in the bins provided, black for domestic and the green bin for cardboard, plastic, glass and aluminium. Where the letting term is longer than a week you have the option of availing of our house cleaning service for an additional charge. No smoking inside the house please.
Conditions
Deposit required. An non refundable booking deposit of € 250 euro is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required six weeks before arrival dates.
