The cottage sits on over half an acre on a quite country lane, it is accessible by a pedestrian gate under a rambling rose archway or by large private gated driveway which can easily accommodate ample private and secure parking. Ideal as a family holiday base or peaceful retreat. Stylish garden furniture. The cottage boundaries are made up of mature hedgerow and large overhanging trees giving additional privacy for lazy sunny afternoons spent reading. This area also includes basketball ring with net, the french doors open out to a south facing area giving long sunny afternoons.

Non refundable booking deposit of 25% to secure booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Refundable 200 Euro security deposit against breakages due on collection of keys. This deposit is returnable within 2 weeks of departure upon satisfactory inspection.

The Kilmore Quay / Duncormick area

Duncormick is surrounded by dozens of beaches and is one of the stops of the scenic bannow drive, with its church, canal, thatched cottages, old bridges and rivers surrounded by green fields. Fishing in the rivers is a pastime for the locals. Ballyteigue Burrow is the finest protected sand dune system in the southeast with its wild flowers and butterflies.
