This 250 year old county house set in the midst of green fields reached by a long private avenue,exudes atmosphere and extraordinary warmth.The house offers the best in country house charm and on our private estate, guests enjoy a glimpse of unspoilt rural Ireland.All the rooms in the house overlook stunning countryside and green fields as far as the eye can see.

The reception rooms include a drawing room, TV room and spacious formal dining room . The stained glass windows allow the morning sunshine to ease one into another day over a relaxing breakfast. Enjoy our much admired kitchen with the warmth and comfort of the Aga cooker which is available for your use 24/7.

The five spacious well appointed bedrooms, furnished with elegance overlook parkland, against the backdrop of the Ballyhoura Mountains . All rooms are en suite with modern shower units and have a TV.

As the house is well set back from the public road one can enjoy complete privacy. The garden is an ideal place to relax and unwind while reading, or simply to enjoy the views of the beautiful Ballyhoura mountains.

This property is a fantastic venue for a group of friends/family wanting the facilities of a five star hotel with the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of a country house.

This is a self catering house but should you like to book a chef/cook, it is possible to do so at extra cost and paid directly to the person.

The house would suit old and young alike and gives guests an ideal base for a unique family holiday and a place to make memories to last a life time.

We are situated in the south west of Ireland. The Ballyhoura mountains to the front of the house and the Galty mountains at the side, gives the house an unique setting.

We are approx. 30 minutes drive from Limerick city in a quiet peaceful area of the country, away from major roads yet within easy access of numerous very popular tourist sites in Ireland.


Flemingstown House is located in an idyllic country setting only two miles from the ancient market town of Kilmallock. Once the seat of the high kings of Munster, Kilmallock is now a bustling country town ideally situated within easy reach of Cork and Limerick Cities and the rugged Atlantic coastline of Counties Cork, Kerry, Clare and Limerick.
