The County Kerry region
County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, Kerry features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas, with plenty of opportunities for sailing, fishing and boating tours. Inland, Kerry continues to delight, with breathtaking mountains, lovely lakes and valleys offering wonderful walking and cycling.
The Killarney area
Located in the south of Ireland, the popular town of Killarney offers an abundance of traditional pubs, fine restaurants, a theatre and a host of good shops. Visitors can enjoy numerous attractions including the celebrated ‘Ladies' View’, named after Queen Victoria's ladies in waiting, and the MacGillicuddy Reeks, Ireland's largest mountain range. It is also possible to hire a horse-drawn jaunting car and explore the fabulous walks at the National Park, or to enjoy the excellent fishing spots around the local lakes. A number of sandy beaches are within half an hour's drive, whilst the Ring of Kerry, the vibrant town of Tralee and the stunning Dingle Peninsula are just a short trip away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
