Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and river views from patio. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk.

County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.
The Killadysert area
Killadysert is a picturesque village in Ireland’s County Clare that nestles on the banks of the River Shannon in County Clare. Being less than an hour from Shannon airport, it is easily accessible, wherever you are travelling from. The village itself is very traditional and is well-served by a number of excellent pubs, where you can taste the famous Irish nightlife. Killadysert has a village green at its centre and a walk down any of the roads that lead from it will take you into some of the most beautiful scenery that the county has to offer. In addition, the village plays host to a diverse range of local festivals throughout the year. Nearby Ennis, the county’s capital, is a truly outstanding town that remains undiscovered by many visitors. Ennis boasts a wide range of truly original visitor attractions. Lining its narrow, meandering streets is a bewildering variety of fantastic shopping opportunities: unique retail outlets with traditional customer service values. The town is fast gaining a reputation as being 'the boutique capital of Ireland'.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
