Comfortable, attractive three bedroom traditional Welsh house in Carmarthenshire village location within easy reach of the Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire and the Gower Peninsular. We are ten minutes drive from Pembrey Country Park with it's access to the Cefn Sidan sands, a huge stretch of sandy beach backed by sand dunes and pine forest. We are a fifteen minute drive from the National Botanic Gardens of Wales and only ten minutes from Kidwelly Castle and the pretty harbour of Burry Port.
Located in the village at whose edge is the Fos Llas racecourse and are therefore a five minute walk from it's entrance. 30 meters down the road is a Pizza Takeaway and within 50 meters a footpath that leads to open countryside backing the racecourse with abundant wildlife, bubbling brooks and views across to the estuary. The Glynn Abbey golf club is a short walk.
The house has a spacious sitting/dining room leading to a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are two good sized doubles (one can be used as a twin) and a single bedroom. We have a sturdy travel cot available, suitable for babies up to two, as well as a high chair and a stair gate fitted at the top of the stairs. We are equipped with tv, dvd player, cd player and there is wifi. There is a small tv in the back bedroom.
Outside there is a garden with a seating area. The garden is lawned for about 10 meters and extends to a small scrubby area which can be used at your discretion. Up to two dogs are welcome.

About this location
Village location on the edge of which is the Fos Llas racecourse and surrounded by the the Glyn Abbey Golf Course. Ten minute drive from beautiful sandy beach at Pembrey Country Park, well preserved Kidwelly Castle or pretty harbour of Burry Port.
Fifteen minute drive from National Botanic Garden of Wales and market town of Carmarethen from where it is an easy drive west into Pembrokeshire or you can drive south to the beautiful Gower Peninsular or east to the stunning walks in the Brecon Beacons.
The Millenium Coastal path is nearby and bicycles can be hired from Pembrey Country Park and other locations along route. There are also other activities on offer at Pembrey including horse riding, a dry-ski slope and toboggan run as well as an adventure playground and plenty of areas for picnics and sports.
