"Cosy property with good location"

We received good service for booking and key receipt.
Very nice well equipped,internally clean property for the two of us but although non smoking the lounge smelt of tobacco smoke.
The exterior of the property requires further decoration work.
Would benefit from wifi/internet access.
Good large grassed rear garden which would benefit from the addition of a patio area, more garden furniture and a BBQ.
Good quiet location with easy access into Keswick and walks
