The Cumbria/Lake District

Situated in the foothills of Blencathra Fell, close to Greystoke and about 9 miles from Ullswater and 10 miles fro Penrith and Keswick.

Lake Windermere is about 30 minutes away, which really is a must see. You can walk around the lake and take in the beautiful surroundings or you can participate in anything from sailing at Windermere to quadbiking and horse riding at Rookin House Farm

Keswick offers a stunning location in the heart of the Lake District where there are pletny of things to do and see.

You can take some time out and look through the local shops, where there are plenty of local boutiques downed cobbled streets to explore. There are also plenty of little cafes and restaurants to dine in, and lots of different museums about the local area to wander around too. Of course the Lakes are the perfect base for walks and cycling through the beautiful hills and around the stunning lakes.

Keswick covers half of the Lake District National Park and it is the perfect location for taking part in exciting outdoor Activities or just relaxing in the beautiful countryside.
