The Studio is a modern and well equipped property, offering perfect accommodation for couples looking for somewhere to stay in the Keswick area. The Studio offers contemporary open plan living with good size
reception and sleeping areas. The Studio includes a kitchen which has been well equipped with all mod cons including a gas hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools. The living area houses a leather sofa and LCD wall mounted television offering great comfort and entertainment after a day's walking in the Lakes. The Studio has been decorated to a high standard in a modern, bright and clean looking style. The bathroom is a conveniently designed and generously spaced wet room. Outdoors there is a pleasant patio area with a table and chairs.

The Cumbria/Lake District region

The Lake District conjures up images of magnificent mountains and shimmering lakes and that is exactly what visitors find here. In fact the whole county of Cumbria is home to some of Britain's most beautiful scenery.
This region has been a favourite all year round holiday destination for years and apart from its natural beauty it's also packed with lots of attractions and activities that cater for every kind of holidaymaker, from family holidays to romantic breaks for couples and from those who are looking for lots of activities and sports to those that prefer more gentle country pursuits.
The Lake District National Park lies at the heart of Cumbria and contains well known and much loved holiday destinations such as Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside, Coniston and Grasmere, here there are lots of charming Lakeland villages to discover and visitor attractions for all the family.
The northern and western lakes have miles of untouched natural rugged beauty and rural villages as well as being home to the historic northern lakes town of Keswick with its many shops, pubs and restaurants; providing a great holiday base.
Other areas to discover include the Eden Valley, Cartmel peninsula, south east Cumbria and the Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall area; all equally beautiful and very handy for day trips into the lakes.

The Keswick area

The Studio is conveniently located in the town of Keswick, the main hub for the northern Lakes area. Keswick is an ancient market town, steeped in history and featuring many character buildings. The town is home to a great selection of cafes, restaurants and independent gift and local food stores. Keswick is surrounded by breath-taking scenery including the imposing Skiddaw and Lonscale Fell to the north of the town. The nearest lake is Derwentwater which can be accessed easily on foot from the town. This lake is home to the famous Ashness Bridge, a popular scene considered the epitome of Lake District serenity. Activities throughout the Lake District include hiking, biking, sailing and much more. Local attractions include Castlerigg Stone Circle, thought to be over 4000 years old and Keswick's Theatre by the Lake.
