Little Chamonix are not to be missed out on; this charming property is newly renovated and has been furnished to the highest standard. It is the perfect cottage for larger families or groups who want both luxurious surroundings and plenty of space. This accommodation boasts four generously sized bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms and a modern kitchen and lounge, equipped with everything one might need during their stay; from a TV and DVD player, to a cosy wood burning stove. There is also a yard to the rear of the house for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The Cumbria/Lake District region

The Lake District conjures up images of magnificent mountains and shimmering lakes and that is exactly what visitors find here. The northern and western lakes have miles of untouched natural rugged beauty and rural villages as well as being home to the historic northern lakes town of Keswick with its many shops, pubs and restaurants; providing a great holiday base. Other areas to discover include the Eden Valley, Cartmel peninsula, south east Cumbria and the Carlisle and Hadrian's Wall area; all equally beautiful and very handy for day trips into the lakes.

The Keswick area

This accommodation is ideal for those who wish to be close to the scenic beauty of the countryside, whilst still being within walking distance of modern conveniences such as shops and restaurants. The town also has a number of traditional pubs and cafes which serve lunch. Little Chamonix is just a ten minute walk to the Lake and has a variety of hiking trails which are just a stone's throw away. Visitors often cycle along these trails. Sights in the town of Keswick, which is just 5 minutes away, include Castlerigg Stone Circle and the theatre.<br />
