Edgewater Cottage is a charming holiday home in an idyllic lough shore setting with breath taking views over Lower Lough Erne and beyond. It is a quiet and peaceful location yet only 2 miles to the village of Kesh with shops, restaurant and pubs etc. The cottage has a Northern Ireland Tourist Board 4* approval.
It makes an ideal base for exploring the Fermanagh Lakelands and the rugged Atlantic west coast of County Donegal. Fishing, watersports, day boat hire, horse riding, golf, tennis are all available nearby.

There are 2 further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

The cottage is set in its own grounds with private parking. There is a sun terrace / BBQ area with garden furniture. There is a private marina with a slipway 50m from the cottage. Arrangements can be made to launch and moor suitably sized boats during your stay.

The County Fermanagh region
The cottage is ideally situated to explore the beautiful Fermanagh Lakelands and the rugged Atlantic west coast of county Donegal. Fabulous sandy beaches at Murvagh and Rossnowlagh are about 25 minutes drive. Bundoran has a Water World Centre (great for the kids) and horse riding is available.
Belleek is 15 miles away where the world famous Belleek Pottery factory has guided tours and a visitor centre.
Enniskillen is 17 miles and has a variety of good restaurants and shops. There is also the Ardowan Theatre, Enniskillen Castle Museum and cinema.
The Kesh area
Locally in Kesh village there are pubs, restaurants and shops.
Available nearby - golf and day boat hire at Manor House Hotel, tennis at Irvinestown Tennis Club, fishing etc.
Lusty Beg Island is about 3 miles away. A free ferry takes you across the short stretch of water to the island. There is a bar and restaurant and watersports are available - well worth a visit.

Kesh village is about 90 miles from Belfast and 100 miles from Dublin. Budget airlines Jet2, Ryanair (Dublin),Aerlingus and Easyjet provide services to both cities with car hire available at the airports. Alternatively you can sail to Belfast or Dublin and bring your own car.

We booked the cottage for a family get together, welcoming relatives on their first visit to Fermanagh. From the start, the booking process was made extremely easy, with quick, clear, friendly communication from the owner. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, bright and roomy, with modern facilities and fresh decoration throughout. The surrounding area was beautiful, on the shores of Lough Erne, surrounded by farmland, places of interest, and only a few minutes from the lively village of Kesh with shops and bars. With a central location, Enniskillen, Donegal, Belleek are a short trip, and slightly further away attractions including Marble arch Caves and Rossnowlagh beach are must see. We spent a week relaxing and enjoying the area, and could easily have filled a second. Altogether, this was a fantastic holiday in comfortable surroundings. The restaurant at Lusty Beg is 1mile away and must feature in any plans. Truly worth a visit and highly recommended |

Weekly rentals start day can be flexible. The cottage will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
Weekend rentals are from 3.00pm Friday to 2.00pm Sunday - prices from £225.
Bookings will be reserved with a £150 deposit.
