Our luxurious, self-catered lodge is set within 80 acres of mature woodland within the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Only 2 miles from the market town of Louth with its theatre,cinema, pubs and restaurants, we are also within easy driving distance of beautiful sandy beaches, nature reserves, working windmills, theme parks and spectacular countryside; the perfect place to unwind

Lincoln (cathedral, shopping) 25 Miles. Skegness (Natureland Seal Reserve, beaches, light railway) 35 miles.

The living room is equipped with high-end furnishings including 2 leather recliner sofas and 1 leather sofa bed, a 40" Samsung HDTV, DVD, CD, XBox 360 games console, Freeview digibox, Logitech ipod dock/charger and a variety of board games and Xbox games, books and DVDs. NEW for 2015 Broadband.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a chest freezer in the utility area.
Master Bedroom with king size bed, 32" TV with freeview and en-suite.

There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
En-suite to master bedroom has WC, basin and shower.

There are generous verandas to 3 sides of the lodge, allowing outside dining whilst enjoying the scenery. There is an 8-seater hardwood patio set with parasol to the front, accessed from the French windows from the lounge. There is a further set of French windows from the master bedroom, allowing access to a veranda containing a recessed alcove with a hardwood bench. The woods offer breathtaking walks, whatever the season and as well as the beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers there are a variety of birds, rabbits and squirrels and if you are lucky, the occasional deer.
There are a couple of shallow steps to access the lodge but none at all within it.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets at Red Kite Lodge and have a strict no smoking policy.
There are a selection of very competitively priced spa treatments, as well as a cafe, at the Kenwick leisure centre, including Clarins, Elemis and Jessica treatments. The hotel can also provide restaurant food within walking distance.
Kenwick Park also boasts a championship standard Golf course which was designed by Patrick Tallack and opened in 1992. It boasts 18 holes, par 72, over a 6782 yard course and offers professional PGA qualified tuition. It has a driving range over 300 yards long, a custom built practice chipping area with green and 2 bunkers and a putting green. There is also a Grade two listed clubhouse and an exceptionally well-stocked professionals shop.
The free leisure facilities are at Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth. For an additional payment, table tennis, short tennis and badmington are also available. Creche facilities are available on site but may require pre-booking.

Laid down in the Cretaceous period, the Lincolnshire Wolds were designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in 1973.
Whether you are a keen bird watcher, artist, walker, cyclist or historian, there is something here for you and the unspoilt local beaches and Lincoln's fabulous shopping facilities provide something for everyone.
