Sunnyhill Grove each has their own garden (closed off from other gardens by a picket fence) - the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world renowned.
The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, t.v. and very cozy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, shower and bath. We also have three 4 bedroomed houses at Sunnyhill Grove with a slightly different layout of 1 x double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 x twin bedroom and 2 x single bedrooms which may suit some families better.

Check out time is at 10am on morning of departure.
Electricity & Oil is charged at €6 per day. This is paid to Goga/Alex on your departure or can be deducted from your security deposit.
A security deposit of €200.00 CASH must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit.
2 or more houses travelling together:
For groups of 2 or more houses travelling together, the security deposit will be returned 7 days after departure.
Pets are accepted on a request basis only (to be confirmed prior to arrival with Dream Ireland) at an additional cleaning charge of €30.00, payable onsite.

Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare.
The North Atlantic Current, part of the Gulf Stream, flows north by Kerry and the west coast of Ireland, resulting in milder temperatures than would otherwise be expected at the 52 North latitude. This means that subtropical plants such as the strawberry tree and tree ferns, not normally found in Northern Europe, thrive in the area.
The Kenmare area
Kenmare is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry and no wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare.
Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town of Ireland and the town offers a huge selection of places of historical interest to visit. Even strolling around the town is itself a pleasure with Kenmare having received awards from Entente Floral and the award for the Tidiest Town in Ireland in the year 2000. Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland's best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so!
Killarney is a 40 minute drive and Cork City is just over an hour's drive.

From Limerick take the N22 to Castleisland. Continue on the N23 to Farranfore. Then take the N22 to Killarney & at the 1st roundabout turn left into the Ring road for Cork. Continue towards Cork for approx 12 miles.
Turn right onto the R569 for Kenmare. (Travellers from Cork turn left onto the R569)
Once you reach Kenmare Town drive along Shelbourne Street & turn right at the Post Office on to Henry Street. You will reach a cross roads –continue on straight through this passing Quills Woollen Market on your right hand side. Continue straight on this road passing Holy Cross Church on your left hand side. Follow the road, it veers around to your left & Kenmare Sunnyhill is located on the right hand side of the road.
Alternatively, guests travelling from Killarney can take the N71 – Scenic Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare. On approach to the town you will pass by The Kenmare Bay Hotel on your right hand side & Centra Petrol Station on your left. Take the next left as you enter the town & then after 100 yards take another left. You will pass the Holy Cross Church on your left hand side. Follow the road, it veers around to your left & Kenmare Sunnyhill is located on the right hand side of the road.
