Kendal

The diverse range of shops, museums and leisure facilities make this an attractive place to enjoy a Lakeland holiday. The nearby ruin of Kendal Castle has brilliant views over the town whilst the surrounding pretty villages of Underbarrow, Crosthwaite and Newby Bridge all provide pleasant places to explore.
