The 1st floor apartment is ideally situated within 100 metres of the main pool and poolside bar. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, the main one being a double with a huge built in wardrobe which houses the safe; bedroom two has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. A fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower. Large living space which has an open plan kitchen, large fridge freezer, four burner hob and oven and dining area for six.
The living area has a computer desk, three piece suite, coffee table, television with satellite, DVD player with a range of DVD's and access to the large balcony area. The main settee converts into a double bed. A large balcony to the front with patio table and chairs with views over the Oren Valley and river. Each main room is air-conditioned with a wood burning fireplace in the living room to add extra warmth in the winter.
The Country Club is ideal for people who want to explore the real Turkey, walk in the country, eat locally, and meet the friendliest of people. It will suit families, couples and groups of people who desire the 'get away from it all' holiday. Ideal location for all you budding artists.
We would recommend car hire and full directions to and from the Country Club will be given.
Everything you possibly want is within an hour's drive away including Para-gliding, white water rafting, jeep safaris, boat trips, scuba diving etc. Or you can choose to take it easy and explore the mountains and river or just relax by the pool. There is no pressure, just do what you want!
The apartment has been designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has security locks on all doors and windows with a seven lever locking front door. There is also a safe and lockable cupboard. There is an evening security guard on site. Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, but is acceptable on the balcony and take in the great views, as long as the patio doors are closed. Water is solar panel heated. Towels and bed linen are provided (But Not Beach Towels). There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. We have tried our best to equip the apartment with everything that you would need for your holiday including games and books. The rest is down to you.

Bedroom one has a double bed with a built in wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and balcony.
Bedroom two has twin beds with adequate wardrobe space and bedside cabinets. The lounge has a double bed settee and can be used as an extra double bed.
Bathroom with WC, pedestal sink, bath with shower and splash guard. Hot water is solar heated and works adequately throughout the year.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cupboards, work surfaces, fridge freezer, gas oven and 4 burner hob plus extractor fan, microwave, sink and drainer, washing machine. It is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine. The living room has a 3/4 seater bed settee and 2 chairs, coffee table, satellite television, DVD player, computer table with chair, patio doors which lead out on to the balcony with panoramic views. A fully working log fireplace for winter months.

Set in landscaped gardens, paved roads, a large communal swimming pool, kiddie's pool and a pool side bar/cafe and Wi-Fi access. The shop and restaurant on site are due to open late 2013/14, but as Kemer is so near this will give you the option of where to eat out. The Country Club is surrounded by a pine forest on three sides and is easily accessible for hikers. The river running through the valley is in front of the Club and is ideal for fly fishing. The forest will please those who prefer to keep active with hill walking or just a relaxing stroll.
A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking, the balance of holiday payment is payable and due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation refunds on balance - 4-8 weeks: 50% 2-4 weeks: 25% Less than 2 weeks: No refund. Security/Breakage deposit required and refunded on return and satisfactory inspection of property.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Fethiye is the closest large town which is about a 30 minute's drive away.
In Fethiye there are modern shops and supermarkets, as well as the famous fish market and huge Tuesday market. There are also many restaurants both in town and along the harbour front. And yes there is a McDonalds, Burger King and Domino's Pizza. Many of the excursions you can book are run from here as well. Which include Tlos with Roman and Lycian remains and rock tombs.
Saklikent Gorge with its ice cold water, plus some great cafe's. Or take a boat trip to almost anywhere including Rhodes. Scuba diving is also done from here, best to get a few lessons in before taking the plunge. You will never be short of things to do around here, and every one less than an hour's drive away.

Sahilceylan is a sleepy village close to Oren and Kemer which is only 10km away
In Kemer there are all kinds of shops including a wonderful patisserie, several small supermarkets, pharmacies, doctor, hospital, dentist, bank, internet cafe, post office and much more. There are two English speaking cafe/bar/restaurants which offer regular entertainment. There is also a Friday market which sells fresh local produce & range of other goods.

"Housing estate in the middle of no where."
1. On arriving we had to clean bedding, cups, pans etc as they were dirty. On top of that your Ad promises a clean after 7 days, we had no cleaner for the duration of our stay. We had no welcome pack,… More
Disappointed reviewer did not mention our apartment, which she told us was "lovely inside, it had all we needed."
Understandable she was upset by so many problems, sadly many of them were beyond our control.
Those we resolved or will resolve were:
Welcome Pack - maintenance company contacted us on the day the reviewer arrived, apologised for their oversight & rectified it on the same day.
Cleanliness - maintenance company had throughly cleaned the apartment (including bedding, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery) just a few hours prior to the reviewer's arrival.
Reviewer only informed us that she had not received further weekly cleans once she returned from her stay, so we were unable to do anything at the time, but are now checking up with the maintenance company why this happened.
Guest Book - 4 guide books covering the local & wider area & a map are provided in the apartment. We are now going to add a more personalised guest book.
Problems beyond our control were:
Roads - roads in some countries, especially in rural areas, are unfortunately often not up to the standard they are in the UK. The maintenance company helped our reviewer with her car problems as best they could.
Electricity supply - as with the roads, electicity supply in some countries can be unreliable, fortunately power cuts rarely last for long.
Leaking water pipe - maintenance company contacted the site owners the day the leak (which affected more than one block) was discovered. The site owners affected repairs as quickly as possible & resolved the situation within 3 days. Throughout that period the maintenance company helped the reveiwer with provision of water, toilet & showering facilities.
Facilities - advertised large communal swimming pool, kiddie's pool, pool side bar/cafe and Wi-Fi access were all in place. We agree with the reviewer that we would have expected the pool side bar/cafe to have been open more often.
We were told by the site owners that the on site shop and restaurant would open late 2013/14 but this had not happened when the reviewer was there in August/September, which is why we advertised the apartment at a reduced price.
