This fantastic 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is tastefully furnished throughout and an ideal location for a peaceful family holiday.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi bath and private balcony. Fully furnished throughout including TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher and air conditioning. A marble patio area with brick built BBQ is set around the pool area. There is also a private car parking area.
The town of Kemer is only a 10 minute walk away with shops, mini markets and local restaurants.
We also include a FREE welcome basket with hot and cold drinks, cheese, bread, eggs, jam and butter; a weekly clean/change of bedding and meet and greet visit.
You can arrive and depart on any day of the week and at any time.
The owner has several villas on the complex available for rent.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Agriculture is the largest source of income in the economy of Fethiye as the climatic conditions are ideal in the region. In green-houses and on the farms, tomatoes are the major agricultural crop. Tourism is the second major source of income.
Fethiye is in South West, Turkey and Dalaman Airport is an hour's drive away.
The area has something for everyone. Enjoy a boat trip, take a trip to the mud baths at Dalyan, visit many historical sites including Pamukkale and Ephesus. Cool down at the gorge in Saklikent where the water is zero degrees. Take a jeep safari and see the real Turkey. And for the more adventurous try Paragliding/Parasailing and Scuba Diving.
Kemer area
The town of Kemer is only a 10 minute walk away with shops, mini markets and local restaurants. There is a weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and souvenirs can be bought. Catch the local bus service in Kemer town to Fethiye and the surrounding areas.
Patara Beach is the nearest beach from Kemer and is over 16km long and takes around 25 minutes to drive there.
The cosmopolitan harbour town of Fethiye is only a 25 minute bus ride from Kemer. The local mini bus service runs frequently in the summer and half hourly throughout winter from Kemer.
Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly, eat in a huge selection of restaurants, drink in the many bars and dance the night away. There is also a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices. Remember to haggle!
Also Calis Beach is within easy reach from Fethiye. Calis has a long beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and bars. Also use the water taxi to go into Fethiye.
The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definitely worth a visit. Hire a car for freedom to travel around independently.
How to get there
Fly either to Dalaman (nearest) or Antalya airport. Fly with flythomascook, Easyjet, Onur Air, Turkish Airlines, Turkish Cyprus Airlines, XL, My Travel, Fly Thomson and Monarch. There are many good deals to be found on the internet.
We will provide you with detailed directions to the Villa. Or we can arrange airport transfers and/or car hire for you.

To reserve the villa, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including any transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date.
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover breakages, etc., is payable on arrival in Turkey.
Payment is made by credit/debit card or bank to bank transfer to Sterling.

Our representative will visit you on your arrival at the property to give you local information and information about trips and excursions that we have available. This includes Jeep Safari, Boat Trips, Paragliding, White Water Rafting and Horse Riding to name only a few.

'We chose to be outside of the normal resort areas. The villa itself was absolutely lovely and the welcome pack helped as we were very hungry. For the rest of the week we gradually got used to the surroundings and ventured out and about. Get the local taxi and head for 'The Breeze' restaurant up the hill and you won't be disappointed. We had the friendliest taxi driver in the world and the restaurant had some of the best views I've known. The owners couldn't do enough for us and the food was good. I also had a shave in the local barber and everyone in the town was absolutely lovely. The assistance we got from Caroline (rep) was brilliant, she was very helpful and visited us on the first day. All of the local workers, from the pool cleaners to the general maintenance guys were also really friendly and good fun. All in all the villa was absolutely lovely, the pool was a good size and was cleaned daily, the locals were all very charming, the children felt very safe, the weather was wonderful and the local town was just a great experience of Turkish Life. 'Have stayed at this villa on 2 occasions now and would highly recomend to anyone. especially if you are looking for a peaceful location with spectacular views. The spacious villa is spotlessly clean, very spacious, and has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. The pool is fantastic and a must in the hot weather during the summer months. It's a lovely 10 min walk into the village of Kemer which is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay and also is where you can jump on a dolmus to get you into the nearby town of Fetyhie which has an abundance of shops and bars. We have had a great holiday again summer 2007 and each time we go we find somewhere new to venture as we hire a local car for a few days (which is very cheap). Cant wait to go back again.' 'I came with my family June 07, I'm 26 and before coming out thought I may not like it in the country side, but I really loved it. You experience the real Turkey here, locals are very friendly, Kemer village just 5 minute down the road has lot of shops, restuarents and cafe. My favourite were the freshly made chicken kebabs! Friday open air market v. good. Pool was cleaned everyday. Good dolmus (bus) service, easy to get around, thanks for a brill holiday, would definitely come back and reccoment it.'
