With a lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, this Scottish cottage also offers off road parking and an enclosed back garden with outdoor furniture. There is ramp access to the cottage, which is situated entirely on the ground level. All electricity, bed linen and towels are included and one well behaved pet is allowed. It has beautiful views across the Kale Valley looking to Linton Hill. A pub, shops and an Italian restaurant are within easy walking distance and the nearest town, Kelso, is about seven miles away.

The Roxburghe golf course is close by and the family can enjoy indoor swimming and an ice rink. Visitors who enjoy walking and cycling will find St Cuthbert's Way a welcome challenge and salmon fishers will delight in the River Tweed.
