Linton Mill Farmhouse is close to walking and cycling, and within easy reach of the coast, making it a fantastic base for a year-round break.

The cottage is spacious and has lots of charm. The garden is excellent with beautiful views overlooking the hills. This is an ideal place for families to get away from it all and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The log fire in the lounge is an added bonus. The welcome gift was very thoughtful.

,There was lots to see and do in the area around the cottage. We got out every day seeing historic buildings and towns. Plenty of good eateries too. Its near enough to Northumbria to get to sites there and Edinburgh is a day trip. The owner was most helpful and the welcome fruit, butter and loaf was a nice touch.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
