This recently renovated and refurbished hand made stone villa has been owned by many generations of the same family.

Ideal place for relax far away from stress life. Our villa is situated in a quiet little village Kremena in Dubrovnik area, without much noise and crowds, in fact ideal for a quiet vacation without the crowds. Our guest are always have a nice time, and they can relax here. Here is beautiful nature with crystal clean see.

Villa is located between Opuzen and Klek,or on the road to Dubrovnik. Cilipi Airport is only 80 km. It is approximately 1 hour north of Dubrovnik and is a great base from which to take day trips .Our region is so beautiful, and so clean our guests can see lot of interesting places like Dubrovnik, Kor?ula, Mljet, Me?ugorje. We are in very good position for one day trip and guest can make their holidays active. You can vist secret and romantic islands and enoy in a beautiful nature Also have unforgettable experience in fishing, swimming, kitesurfing on big sundy beach near us..

The villas are built on neighbouring plots, each with their own private garden and swimming pool which are ideal for family and big groups which want to go together on holiday and still have their own privacy.

At larger building there are 3 apartments designed as three one bedroom, one bathroom apartments, each on one floor and with a separate entrance. In the villa there are three bedrooms with double beds and three sitting rooms with a sofa bed which can be pulled out into a double bed. Each bedroom/sitting room unit also has its own kitchen and a bathroom or a shower room.

At smaller building lower floor also consists of kitchen-dining area and living room and on the upper floor there are two beautifully decorated rooms.And also on second floor kitchen-dining area and living room and on the upper floor there are two beautifully decorated rooms.

All-together there are 7 bedrooms, 5 bathroothree and 5 kitchens. In the courtyard (which is completely walled and gated) there is large 2 swimming pools and spacious for dining area. Also by the pools there is a large outdoor grills area for family barbecue, cocktails or other fun of Your choice.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

The Dubrovnik-Neretva County is the southernmost county in the Republic of Croatia. It encompasses an area of 1785 km2 and has about 127,000 residents. The centre of the county is the city of Dubrovnik. The fund of cultural wealth in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County is composed of a large number of cultural treasures. Of architectural heritage alone, there are some 168 protected historical cities, city-rural and traditional rural settlements, 10 of which are registered ( i.e. Dubrovnik, Ston, Mali Ston, Korcula, Lastovo, Vid, Orebic, Viganj, Kuciste) and 11 are preventively protected (i.e. Cavtat, Cilipi, Selaci, Slano, Banici, Kotezi, Soline, Brsecine, Trstenik).

The historical core of the city of Dubrovnik as a whole was listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1978. Furthermore, there are 1436 protected historical buildings, churches, monasteries and other sacral buildings and complexes, old fortifications and city walls, necropolis, studied and yet unstudied archaeological finds, old bridges and summer residences. 314 of these structures are registered and 346 have been preventative protected. Also to be noted are whole regions of landscapes with historical features as cultural treasures.


In this village there are centuries-old olive groves. The village is a friendly, unspoiled and safe place. Children may run around without getting in trouble and the mix of local people and tourists is just right..It is a quiet little place with no big crowds and lots of people,this is the ideal place if you want a peaceful and beautiful holiday...
