At the front you overlook the sea with Zante in the distance and a beautful sandy beach directly below, behind is Mount Ainos. The beach itself is one of the most beautiful on the island yet never gets crowded. The villa is not overlooked at all and is very private. Relax in the infinity pool, or enjoy a glass of wine in the jacuzzi as you watch the sun go down ! If you are looking for a luxurious relaxing get away from it all holiday - you've just found it ! The villa is natural stone and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned the villa is luxuriously appointed with a Miele kitchen, LCD TV, DVD, cd player, playstation and Wii. Benefitting from a large balcony and sun terrace there is also a built in BBQ.

Ionian Dream Villa is situated directly above a sandy Beach and just a 5 minute drive from the picturesque village of Katelious with its string of pretty tavernas and restaurants on the sea front selling local produce and sea food - a perfect way to spend an evening watching the sun go down. A little further on is the resort of Skala, always popular with people that return time after time to enjoy its long sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere. The villa is directly infront of Mount Enos, declared a national park, with stunning views from the summit. Other attractions on the island include the port of Sami, from Captain Correlli's Mandolin fame, the dramatic Myrtos beach, the famous Dhrogarti caves, and the pretty villages of Assos and Fiskardo. Argostoli, the capital is full of locals promenading on a summers evening down the main street, enjoying a coffee or dining in the good selection of restaurants. Kefalonia is certainly one of the most beautiful islands in Greece.
How to get there
There are direct flights from the UK from May until the end of October. There are flights to Athens all year round then it is possible to take the Olympic Airlines hopper service to Kefalonia. There are ferries twice a day from the mainland and also direct from Italy.
