VILLA AMFILIKI is a marvellous holiday villa situated on the outskirts of Karavados, a charming village at a key point of Kefalonia. The villa is fully air-conditioned and the ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area which is completed by a modern fully equipped kitchen. With one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor with a shared large bathroom, the villa is ideal for families and couples.

From the bedroom balconies you can enjoy open views to the southwestern Ionian Sea as well as Zante Island. Beautiful sunsets add a special romantic note to the villa. When you have enjoyed the luxury of the private swimming pool, you can relax afterwards with a cold drink under the shadow of an olive tree. The large BBQ is completed with a traditional wood oven.

Some of the loveliest sandy beaches of the island are on short distance of the villa and it is a 15 min. walk or 2 min. drive to the Karavados beach of St. Thomas. The nearest super market is a 2 min. walk from the villa. You have a choice of tavern's as well in Karvados as in the neighbouring villages. By car it will take you 20 min. to get to Argostoli, the capital of the island with many shops and a lively night life. Karavados is situated in the region of Livathos, a green-covered plateau with traditional & stylish villages,an area that offers plenty to see and to do during your stay on Kefalonia.

The Ionian Islands region

The Mediterranean Sea counts thousands of islands and Kefalonia is the
eleventh largest with 781 sq. km. It belongs to the Ionian Islands which lie
off the coast of Western Greece. With its abundant nature, high mountains
and beautiful beaches Kefalonia is an ideal island for holiday makers. The
landscape is dominated by colour: the dark green fir trees of Mt. Aenos, the

Argostoli, the capital, is the perfect place for museum visiting, shopping

together with the local wine Robola, A first class white wine which is only
made on Kefalonia.

Kefalonia / Karavados area

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands and famous for its natural diversity. The island was the home of the Homeric hero Odysseus and is the place where the filming of the famous Hollywood production ''Captain Corelli'', took place.

Villa Amfiliki is designed as a 105 sq m. holiday villa and has 2 bedrooms on the first floor; One double and two single bedrooms with large balconies looking at the sea. The large bathroom is between the two bedrooms.

The ground floor is actually a large room with the dining room, the lounge and the kitchen.

All the interior spaces are air-conditioned and fully equipped

The exterior spaces of villa Amfiliki are covered with flowers and Mediterranean flora. In lounge you can enjoy the sun or the shadow of the olive tree.

The BBQ is large and fully equipped...you can also try to bake bread in the traditional wood oven.

A parking spot is provided near the garden. The wider area is a plain covered with olive trees and is ideal for cycling and walking
