About the home

Villa Lass is a traditional stone built villa situated in the small village of Evreti, a 10 minute drive from the centre of the cosmopolitan village of Fiskardo. Without a doubt the highlight of this villa are the stunning panoramic views of neighboring island of Ithaka and out across the Ionian Sea.

In its own private gated grounds the villa is situated over two floors with the main house and pool area on the upper level and the separate studio on the lower level. In the main house you will find a large open plan living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and two lounge areas, one with a TV and DVD. There are two double bedrooms with large wardrobes and a shared full bathroom. The décor throughout is of a very traditional Greek style with white washed walls and dark wood furniture.

French doors lead off the lounge and bedrooms onto the terrace areas, where you will find the private swimming pool with sunbeds, a barbeque and outside dining area, all enjoying the spectacular views.

On the lower level is the separate twin bedded studio with shower room which has its own separate entrance. The washing machine is also located in the downstairs studio.

On the lower terrace area is a top quality table tennis table for you to enjoy if you fancy something a bit more energetic than simply relaxing by the pool.

The north of Kefalonia is very picturesque with many tree lined pebbly coves with crystal clear waters, perfect for snorkeling or just relaxing under one of the trees. Motorboat rental is the ideal way to explore the coastline and find your own private beach or even cross the channel and have lunch in Ithaka!

The enchanting village of Fiskardo captivates visitors year after year. As the village survived the 1953 Earthquake relatively unscathed a large number of pastel painted venetian buildings line the water front. Many of these buildings are home to one of the large choice of restaurants here, offering visitors cuisine to suit every palate. There are also a number of chic café bars, gift shops, jewellers and designer clothes shops. During the summer months the harbour front is a bustling port with the many visiting yachts and you can often spot a famous face on one of them.
