About the home

Recently built and furnished, the three villas are located only a stone's throw from the beach so you can hear the echo of the waves while having a drink by the pool. While on the other hand it is a 15 minute walk from the town centre (shops & taverns).

Set in extensive private grounds, the guest can enjoy peace and relaxation here.

Each of the villas benefit from a private garden and large private pool, as well as a large terrace with an outdoor dining area that leads to the living rooms and kitchens fully equipped with all the essentials, twin or double bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms in each villa. The villas are ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The villas are located beside the sea at Karavomylos, district of Sami on the island of Kefalonia.

The resort is situated in a quiet rural area only 50 meters from the beach and 1 kilometer from the tourist centre of Sami.

The Ionian Islands region

Sami Beach Villas are just 50m from Sami Beach. The stunning Anti-Samos beach with crystal clear waters is only a 10 minute drive from the villas and offers a variety of water sports and is also ideal for snorkeling. Agia Paraskevi beach is just a short distance from the property along the eastern coast. Kefalonias most famous beach Myrtos Beach is approx 20 minutes by car.

The villas are just 1km from Sami town where all local amenities can be found, a good selection of tavernas and cafes, mini markets, bakeries, chemist and bank.

A short drive along the coast the pretty harbour town of Agia Efimia can be found, popular with yatchs and sailing boats, here boat hire is available enabling the visitor to explore the local coastline.

The Kefalonia / Sami area

The Villas are located beside the sea at Karavomylos, district of Sami on the island of Kefalonia. The island of Kefalonia is situated on the western side of central Greece in the blue – green waters of the Ionian Sea.

The area of Sami has truly been blessed by nature. Lush vegetation, crystal-clean running waters, emerald beaches, picturesque villages, and a great variety of underground caves and lakes, compose a locale that never fails to capture the visitor's attention.

Places of interest include: Melissani Lake, Drogarati Cave, Kefalonia Museums and Churches, Agios Gerasimos.

You can take a daily cruise to Ithaca from Sami town.

You can either hire a car from the airport, or we can send a taxi for you for €55.00

B. Sami is the main port of the island, from which Sami Beach Villas are situated a kilometre away.

While a car is advised, it is by no means a necessity in order to enjoy your holiday
