Only one of its kind seafront accommodation of four elegant self-catering villas, in Kefalonia, Greece, with private beach, pools & gardens...and a stunning view over the Ionian Sea!

Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3 have the same 3-floor lay out; each one of them accommodates 6-8 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Villa 4 is the most exclusive one in the complex , consists of the 2-floor House & the Waterfront Residence Suite and is ideal for two families (2 couples with 2-3 children each).

All four villas enjoy :

• private infinity pools “on the seafront”, where you lay back with the sound of the swell and the breathtaking view to the sea…

• landscaped private gardens with stunning views, spacious “play” area for the kids, portable bbq & garden furniture for “al fresco dining” plus…

• direct access to the crystal clear sea …just dive in or step down to the private beach!

Villa Brio complex is located at the edge of the famous sandy beach of Skala village, just 1 mile from the village, 30 min from the island’s International Airport (direct flights from UK/EU) and 35 min from island's main port Sami (ferries from Italy via Patra - mainland Greece).

In Villa Brio, the guest can combine moments of tranquility in the privacy of its seafront location, along with vivid night life at the close villages of Skala & Poros.

- Bedrooms in Villas 1,2,3 can be arranged either as double or twin upon guest's request.

- Baby bed (with linen/towels), high chair and baby bath are available upon request.
- Hair Dryer provided.
- Full Kitchen Equipment (Freezer, Fridge, Hob, Grill, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Juicer, Filter Coffee Maker, Dish Washer, plates, cutlery and utensils).

The Ionian Islands region

Kefalonia is the largest island in the Ionian Sea and one of the world`s most stunning holiday destinations, with charming beaches and high quality resorts.
Highlights not to miss while at the island: the famous beach of Myrtos (amongst top ten in the world!), the natural beauties of Mellisani lake, the deep-green mountain of Ainos where the unique species of wild small horses can be met (if lucky!), the local "robola" wineries and last - but not least - the traditional meat pie!

The Kefalonia / Skala area

• In Skala village, just 15 min easy walk from Villa Brio, there are restaurants, bars, food shops, super market, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals, bank ATM.
• Beside the villa, there is a water sports centre, scuba & boat hire.
• Walking and cycling along the coast is a superb experience.
• Tennis is available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking within 30 minutes drive.

You can get to Kefalonia Island either by plane or car.
There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries.
Villa Brio is 30 min drive from island`s International Airport.
In case you use a car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece).
Then you take the ferry to Sami (island`s main port), about 3 hours trip.
Villa Brio is 35 min drive from Sami port.
Another option is to take the ferry from Killini (1 hour drive from Patra) to Poros port, which is just 10 min drive to Villa Brio.

“The best week of our lives - stunning villas, location, decor and service!” Our week in Kefalonia at Villa Brio, with 22 friends and family to celebrate our Wedding, was without doubt, the best week of our lives. The villas are absolutely immaculate, and the location/views are to die for. We hired the whole complex for our party, and generally used the large patio area by villa 4 in the evenings. We would compliment the owner and maid for making our stay so comfortable and attending to our every need. The hotel across the road was ideal for cocktails, the taverna Old Times just down the road was stunning for our wedding meal, and the patisserie on the road to Skala was visited daily for the gorgeous 1 euro ice creams!! October was a fab time to visit, weather was very warm although most of us got bitten regularly by the mosquitos. The villas were well equipped- we even managed to make our wedding cake there. we had many cliff diving competitions from just below the villas, into the crystal clear ocean, and the snorkelling around the rocks is a must. All of our party are already making plans to return, and we couldn't compliment Villa Brio enough, for a relaxing week in Kefalonia.

"What a fabulous villa and superb location. The villa was excellent and the pool area and gardens were stunning. The views from the villa were fantastic, especially from the upper bedroom. Location was great - close enough to walk into Skala but far enough away from the main area to make for a lovely relaxing stay. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves throughout our stay. We travelled with our five month old baby son and the owners supplied superb baby equipment for us (cot, highchair, linens and towels) which was good quality and very, very clean. It's location is excellent - just outside Skala (not too far to walk, but a taxi home was a useful option at 5 Euros!) with wonderful views of the coastline and across to Zante. The owners were hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The private pools provide the icing on the cake! We had a fantastic holiday, and will definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"The setting is stunning and the gardens beautifully laid out and well kept. The pool was great and made for a very relaxing stay. The location just outside Skala is right next to a couple of good tavernas and there are even more places to eat within walking distance. Skala has everything you need as a base. The famous Myrtos beach was empty and about an hour's drive away. I would definitely go again!"
