Villa Rula is located in the Livathos region of the island and is close to the capital of the island, some amazing beaches, and various must see attractions.

The villa is on the beach road, in a quiet location on the edge of Spartia village, set in an olive grove with views out to the beautiful Ionian Sea, Zante and even mainland Greece on a clear day. The beach is within walking distance and once there you should spoil yourself with a long cold drink and a meal at one of the two lovely tavernas to be found there.

Kefalonia is cited as the jewel of the Ionian Islands, it boast natural contrasts from its enchanting shores and beaches to its breathtaking mountains and geology, combine this with the people, the ambiance and the weather and you have a holiday of a lifetime.

Kefalonia / Spartia area

Spartia is a quite, traditional Greek village set on the south west coast of Kefalonia.

It is possible to have a quiet, relaxing, peaceful holiday here the village has everything needed, tavernas, beach, and a mini-market all within easy walking distance and the villagers are very friendly.

There are lots of interesting historical sites and beaches in the local area. A trip to the capital of Argosoli (especially in the evening) is a chance to see Greek lifestyle at its best.

How to get there

From May to October it is possible to get a charter flight from the UK, these are quite regular during this period, the three main companies offering these flights are First Choice, Thomas Cook and Thompsons.

It is also possible to access the island via ferries and charter flights (island hoppers) from Athens.

If you wanted a real adventure a drive from the UK is an experience, however it could take up to three days and is quite expensive when you consider tolls, overnight stays and petrol.

Villa Rula is located on the south west coast of Kefalonia and is about 10 kms from the Airport and 10 kms from Argostoli.

DEPOSIT

A 20% (un-refundable) deposit will be required upon reservation followed by full payment within 8 week of the holiday start date.

AIR CONDITIONING

Because of the cost attached to running the Air Conditioning units, should you require the air conditioning option a weekly charge of 50 Euros (paid locally) will be made.

DAMAGE

Whilst we understand accidents happen, we also have to consider the cost of replacement (especially here where everything has to be imported) therefore we will have to ask that a damage waiver of 250 Euros be paid on arrival, this will be returned (on departure day) in full, if there is no damage.
