The villa is set in 5000 sq.m. of which 1500 sq.m. is beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a large patio area shaded by a pergola and a large traditional Greek style barbeque. There are, 3 marble tables and seating for 10+. It has lovely uninterrupted views of the gardens and Ionian sea. There is a private pool 10m x 5m and 10 sun loungers, this has a spectacular sea view as seen in the picture.

The Ionian Islands region
Kefalonia is the largest and most beautiful of the Ionian islands. It has a variety of dramatic scenery from the lush green mountains to the beautiful sandy beaches and coves. The Drogarati cave and the icy blue Melissani lake are great places to visit.
Kefalonia / Skala area
Skala is a traditional Greek village with excellent restaurants and very friendly locals. The villa is along the beach road set in the hillside with spectacular views. It is within 1km of the nearest bar, taverna and mini-market. In Skala there are bars, mini markets, a bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car hire and motor bike/skooter rentals. It's tavernas spread along the coast road towards the villa.
On the beach you will find a water sports centre which has an abundance of water entertainment from water skiing to boat hire.
How to get there
There are direct flights from the UK to Kefalonia from May - October. The villa is a 50 minute drive from Kefalonia Airport (EFL) 10 minutes from Poros Port and 35 minutes from Sami Port. Car hire is recommended.
