About the home

This luxurious secluded sea view villa is set in 5000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped gardens with an abundance of colourful flowers, palms and fruit trees. There is a large patio area shaded by a pergola and a large traditional Greek style BBQ, there are 3 marble tables and seating for 10+. It has lovely uninterrupted views of the gardens and Ionian sea. There is a private elevated pool (10mx5m) and terrace area with 10 sun loungers, this has a spectacular sea view as seen in the picture. This well maintained modern villa offers contempory open plan, spacious living areas. It is only 500m from the beach and the nearest bar and restaurant. Great for a relaxing holiday or make the most of the local watersports and many excursions around this unspoilt Island. Skala a traditional Greek village offers many fabulous restaurants, bars and gift shops in a friendly atmosphere.

The villa is extremely spacious. All the bedrooms have a balcony with an unrestricted sea view Bath towels are provided, the linen will be changed mid-week and the villa cleaned.
Beach towels are not provided.

The Ionian Islands region

Kefalonia is the largest and most beautiful of the Ionian islands. It has a variety of dramatic scenery from the lush green mountains to the beautiful sandy beaches and coves. The Drogarati cave and the icy blue Melissani lake are great places to visit.

The Kefalonia / Skala area

Skala is a traditional Greek village with excellent restaurants and very friendly locals.
The villa is along the beach road set in the hillside with spectacular views. It is within 500m of the nearest bar & taverna and the mini-market is 700m
In Skala there are bars, mini markets, a bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car hire and motor bike/skooter rentals. It's tavernas spread along the coast road towards the villa.

On the beach you will find a water sports centre which has an abundance of water entertainment from water skiing to boat hire.

There are direct flights from the UK to Kefalonia from May - October. The villa is a 50 minute drive from Kefalonia Airport (EFL) 10 minutes from Poros Port and 35 minutes from Sami Port. Car hire is recommended.
