This beautiful spacious double fronted, ground floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay holidays, with many home comforts & a good supply of linen, towels & beach towels. Internet available.
The kitchen is very well equipped & includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic touch hob, extractor hood & slow cooker. In addition there are many extras not usually found in a self catering rental property, including an iron, ironing board, clothes drier, hair drier, even alarm clock, to name just a few!.
There is a dining table with four chairs.The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, a hand wash basin & WC, also a mirror & cosmetic shelf.
The large double bedroom which leads onto the terrace, has a king sized bed with new mattress, dressing table & bedside table, fitted wardrobes with ample cupboard storage space & a safe.
The lounge also opens onto the terrace. One new large comfortable sofa & a bed settee (suitable for children) is the lounge seating here. There is also a TV unit, shelved wall unit, coffee tables & floor lamps for mood lighting, also a TV, DVD player with a selection of Dvd's, Cd's & books.
There are privacy voilles in both the lounge & bedroom in addition to fly screens & ceiling fans.
The Terrace is fully furnished, with Sunbeds , table & chairs this is convenient for the large communal poolA cot & highchair is also available.
Situated in a quiet area of the Universal area of Kato Paphos this apartment is perfect for those of you looking to be close to all amenities.The seafront is a pleasant walk away, along with the many bars, restaurants & the Harbour.
More conveniently there is a Restaurant, a mini supermarket, Farm shop & hair salon opposite , also a bus stop..A car is not necessary, but useful if you wish to see more of the island.
There is a regular bus service between Paphos & Coral Bay, the largest of the popular beaches, the nearest bus stop is 20 yards from the apartment, this will take you to the Harbour & Old Town & also the water park.
The newly built Kings Avenue Mall is a 15 minute walk & boast 80 shops, 13 eateries, a multiplex cinema & entertainment for children.Bowling is close by.

Paphos is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats & pleasure craft. Trips to Cairo & the Pyramids can be arranged from here.Places to visit include the Aphrodite Hills, which are set in the midst of carob & olive groves near the town of Pissouri & The Secret Valley. Many old relics with beautiful Mosaics. Paphos Harbour.The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car. It is possible to ski & snowboard in the morning & go down to the beach for the afternoon., to enjoy the water sports which include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats & paragliding. The Aqua Park, Karting & Paintballing is 15 minutes away.There are 4 golf courses within a short driving distance & also a Driving Range.

"Great apartment fantastic Pool"
We stayed in this apartment in early October 2012 the weather was fantastic (25/29deg) day (20/25deg)night just what we wanted from the dreary weather in the UK, The apartment was very good with all you could ask for, we stayed for one week and ate out nearly all the time (I wanted it to be a hoiliday for us both) so we did not use some of the cooking facilities in the apartment, but there would be no problem if you was to live there for months as the apartment had everything you would need. The best thing I personaly liked was the pool, the apartment has a fantasic aspect of the pool, were you could sit out on the patio in the morning to have breakfast, then mid morning as the sun was coming round go for a nice long swim, the pool is ideal for poeple learning to swim as it is only waste deep at the shallow end and chin deep at the deep end, also around the pool area we felt it was for our sole use as with it been October it was not very busy. We found this apartment to be just what we wanted a easy 20 min walk to the beach and main tourist areas (you need some excersice with all the lazing in the sun) quite with very little noise anytime of the day, a Taverner/bar (serves great food and large portions) and a Kiosk (small corner shop) just over the road, a bus stop just further down the road, all fares on the busses are 1 euro and they are new and air conditioned. All in all it was a great week with fantastic weather great apartment and pool, a good welcome pack waiting for us, and contact with Andrea the owner was first class, thank you for letting us use your apartment Andrea and I would certainly recomend it to everyone.

"The perefct family holiday apartment"
Absolutely fantastic! This ground floor, well cared for apartment is the perfect holiday retreat for someone looking for a place close to all amenities, yet away from the hassle and bustle of town. It opens onto a terrace with private pathway to the pool making it extremely convenient for young families. The apartment is equipt with all that one requires for a comfortable stay. I only have the most positive comments to say about Andrea Cradock, the owner of the apartment,. who went out of her way to make our stay and arrival comfortable. There were no let downs, everything was as advertised. The welcome pack upon arrival was a warm touch to making us feel at home, thank you!!
