Beautiful one bedroom apt in perfect location, just off Tombs of the Kings Road, furnished to a high standard in a quiet cul-de-sac location, with parking, own secure garden plus landscaped communal gardens and pool area, very spacious with a separate kitchen and sun room overlooking rear garden. Sleeps 4.

Bus stop to Coral Bay and Harbour 2 mins away ( in front of Damon Hotel).All amenities within a 2 minute walk. (banks, supermarkets, car hire, taverns, restaurants, including KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc, too many to choose from.) Local beach 5 mins walk, harbour 15 mins. No car necessary unless you wish to explore further afield. Welcome pack can be arranged if required.

The weather in Paphos gets very hot in July/August so take plenty of sun tan cream with you.

There is plenty to do in Paphos, there is the Waterpark, Bird Park, The Aquarium, Mozaics, plenty of watersports and plenty of fabulous restaurants. There is every type of restaurant that you can think of including, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Thai and of course there are the traditional tavernas offering local dishes, you could try the meze.

Why not visit the Tombs of the Kings which is nearby, or the harbour which is lovely in the evenings, with some nice fish restaurants. In July there is the Beer Festival which is held down by the harbour, they also hold live music nights there. There are lots of historical places to visit in Paphos as well, there are the mosaics and some wonderful churches.

Try visiting the local fruit market and the bazaar too.

How to get there

Easyjet fly from Gatwick and Manchester and we have found them to be the cheapest, there are also flights from Birmingham and Bristol at certain times of the year. You can find flights using Skyscanner.com also we use H&S car rentals (speak to Savvas on 0035799359213) Savvas will deliver the car to the airport for you if required.

Our apt is a one bed apt on the ground floor in a quiet cul de sac. It has a lounge, dining room with table and four chairs, a sofa bed that sleeps two. It has a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes. In the garden is a table and four chairs and also 2 sun loungers there is also a sun room overlooking the rear garden where you can sit and relax, there is an awning fitted.

LINEN: All linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask you to bring your own towels for the beach. A cot can be arranged if required.

No car necessary - all amenities close by and only 15 mins from Paphos airport!

It is a 2 min walk to the tavernas, shops,banks and bus routes to Coral Bay, harbour and the old town. The local Lighthouse beach is only a 5 min walk away and about 15 mins to the harbour.

There is wheelchair access to the apartment from the undercover parking area

For parties of 2 we can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport at approx 25 euros each way if required, payable to them on arrival.

Further details

A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 security deposit is required, this will be refunded once the property has been checked after your departure.

The cleaning and laundry are included in our prices based on 2 sharing it would be an extra 20 euros for 3/4 people. Discounts available on bookings of more than 2 weeks

• Guest to comply with the community rules, regulations.
• Confirm availability of apartment before booking flights.
• Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week to allow flights to be booked and deposit to be sent.
• Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.
• Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before start date of holiday.
• Non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Deposits: - GB£25% of full rental, discounts can be negotiated on bookings over one month).

• Greater than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited.
• Less than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited and the rental if unable to re-let. (Total Paid).
