We welcome you to our brand new, luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment (sleeps 6) set in the prestigious Royal Seacrest complex.
The spacious ground floor apartment has two large bedrooms, one double en suite, one twin and a main bathroom. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable open-plan dining and sitting area with large outdoor patio areas to the front, side and rear for alfresco dining and sunbathing.
The apartment faces landscaped gardens with easy access to the pool just a few metres in front. It is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans and offers high quality oak furnishings with orthapaedic beds and entertainment system to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
The apartment is in a newly built (completed June 2009), attractive, modern, secure gated complex with large, lagoon-style swimming pools, jacuzzi. indoor gym, children’s pool and small play area, .

We have a comprehensive entertainment system with a 32" HD ready, flat screen TV, connected to a High Definition upscaling DVD player. For music, CDs can be played using the DVD player and there is an iPod docking connection to play your own tracks through the TV.
There is a wide selection of DVDs to suit the family for your use with an additional DVD rental facility nearby. Satellite TV is not yet available. We also provide a selection of books for that essential holiday read.

We anticipate that most guests will want to dine al-fresco most of the time, so we have provided luxury outdoor dining furniture to accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a separate bistro/breakfast area, as well as 2 private sun loungers to take maximum advantage of all day sunshine from 3 sides of our terrace/garden! There are ample communal sun loungers around the pool area just a few metres away.
It is superbly located between the harbour, beach and the old town, with many shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance (less than 300m) on the Tomb of the Kings road.

This is a professionally managed apartment with friendly English speaking staff providing 24 hour on call emergency service if required.
A comprehensive guest information pack is available in the apartment so you can make the most of your stay.
We also provide a small complimentary starter pack to help you settle in. This pack includes coffee/sugar and milk sachets, tea bags, , washing up liquid, kitchen/toilet roll and some liquid soap. A more comprehensive welcome pack can be arranged at a cost of £25 and any other requests you may have.
Please note that the apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed.
Reasonable air conditioning usage is included in the rental price and maid service can be arranged during your stay at an extra cost. If you have small children equipment hire is also available at £15 per item.
Transfers to and from Paphos airport can be arranged for approx 30 euros each way per party of 4 (paid locally)
Conditions
A £100 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid twelve weeks before arrival for bookings less than 3 weeks.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required with the final payment and is returned within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Paphos has the warmest climate in the EU with over 340 days of sunshine.
You will never be short of things to do! There's the Aphrodite Water Park, with its rides, lazy river and the biggest family rafting ride in Europe. The park is easily accessible via a regular bus service. You can also find go-kart parks, bowling alleys and crazy golf. Definitely worth a try are the quad bike safaris, fun for all the family, especially for those children who can drive their own quad.
There are an abundance of trips to enjoy in the area, one of the most popular is the Jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see the protected Greenback turtles laying their eggs. Many of the parks and trip organisers provide buses which pick up from the Tomb of the Kings road so access is easy and a car is not necessary:

There are water sports to suit everyone, such as paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis. There are also various scuba diving schools, one of which is located on the Tomb of the Kings road:

From the harbour you can take a wide variety of boat trips, including the popular glass-bottomed boat, fishing trips and you can even hire your own power boat. There are also fantastic day and night mini cruises to enjoy. If you would like to go further afield you could also cruise over to Egypt and the Holy Land:

For the golf enthusiast, Paphos has three leading 18-hole golf courses all within a 15 to 30 minute drive from the apartment. This is a perfect all year round golf destination as it combines fantastic greens with beautiful weather. The Troodos Mountains provide skiing and snowboarding in the winter and are best enjoyed from January to March. How about skiing in the morning and sunbathing by the pool the afternoon?!
If you would like to explore Cyprus further there are excellent hiking and cycling trails, wine tasting at the many vinyards, art galleries, monasteries, Greek temples and historic churches to visit.
The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
The apartment is situated opposite the Tombs of the Kings world heritage site, well known for its impressive underground tombs dating back to the 4th century BC. There are also ancient mosaics and ruins within easy reach.
Numerous shops, bars, and restaurants are approximately 300 metres walk away from the apartment and the nearest blue flag beach is less than 800 meters away. You can take a leisurely walk to The Old Harbour along the new coastal path which will take you around 20 minutes. Alternatively if all that sunbathing has tired you out you can take the bus, which picks up on the main road and takes less than 5 minutes to get you there. This leaves you lots of time to enjoy the huge range of fantastic international restaurants, cafes, shops and bars from where you can watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Restaurants in the main harbour area are too numerous to mention, however it is safe to say they cater for every taste and budget.
You can walk up the hill to the old town of Paphos, with its daily market, in only 5 minutes. This is a great area to explore while shopping for all your fresh produce and Cypriot trinkets to take home.
The complex is situated less than 500 metres from the 5* Elysium Hotel and Spa, so if you want a spot of pampering or some top class food, you can walk there in 5 minutes.

We had a wonderful holiday! We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The apartment was 5 star luxury, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, the beds were so comfy, everything was perfect. The taxi you booked was there to meet us and we paid him to come back which was very convenient for us. Thank you for that.
The whole complex was wonderful, the pool was great for the kids (they were never out of it)! I would also like to say how helpful and kind you have been. We would definitely book this apartment again and have already passed your name on to a few people who have asked us about it. So, thanks for everything you've done and hopefully we will be booking with you again in the near future.

We had a FANTASTIC holiday, the apartment was 5* luxury, spotless, immaculate, comfortable with everything we needed including the much needed second bathroom, the location of the apartment is excellent on the ground floor directly onto the terrace for the pool with privacy also.
Location for the bars and restaurants is superb, Tea for two for excellent breakfasts, Fat Mamas needs to be booked excellent meal, staff and entertainement, Phuket Chinese Restaurant the children said was the best they had ever had, Kefalos Beach village Hotel for the bar snacks (open to non residents), Capital Coast Spa Hotels small beach clear blue sea and waves we preferred with a maximum of 6 people even in August!! Ayia Napa and Nissi Beach 2 hours drive away.
Perfect location for the wedding we attended at the Kefalos Beach Village Hotel less than 10 mins walk (bar meals are excellent and open to non residents)
Thanks again for all your help and we will definitely recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a holiday here.

The Bardsleys, France
This is a superb apartment with everything you need, a real home from home; clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The pools are very clean and well maintained, the apartment has additional sun loungers, which is a big help during busy times.
Being close to plenty of shops, bars, banks and restaurants; there is something for everyone.
The beach is an easy 6 minute stroll with a nice restaurant. Car hire is not essential, we had one for a couple of days, Paphos is a 5 minute bus ride away with a lovely harbour area.
This is one of the best apartment complexes we have ever stayed in. We would highly recommend it to anyone of any age.

The location of the apartment is great as it is a corner plot on the ground floor with a large patio area. It also has a nice view over the gardens and you benefit from the privacy as it is not right next to the pool, even though it's only a stones throw away. The Royal Seacrest is situated in an ideal spot for exploring Paphos. We highly recommend this apartment.
