Sunset beach apartment is in a superb apartment which is fully air conditioned in the living room and both bedrooms to ensure you can keep cool through the high temperatures in Cyprus. Satellite TV is provided with a wide range of english channels providing drama, music, cartoons, sport and movies.
The apartment benefits from 2 balconies, 1 which looks on to the communal swimming pool on the complex and another which looks on to the private parking area.
Bedroom 1 is air conditioned and consists of a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes and a television. Bedroom 2 is air conditioned and consists of 2 single beds and fully fitted wardrobes.
Sunset beach apartment is situated on a small quiet complex of about 35 apartments and has a good sized communal swimming pool which is used by guests within the complex.
The location of the apartment is excellent, it is situated in a very quiet complex just set back from the main road but all amenities are in walking distance. Local beach is just 5 minutes walk, harbour area is just 15 minutes walk. There is go-karting, paintballing and mini golf which are all just a 15 minute walk away. An excellent location for anyone looking to visit Paphos for a nearby wedding as the apartment is near to all the main hotels in Paphos including : Avanti hotel, Veronica hotel, Louis Imperial beach, Lois Phaethon hotel, Alexander the great hotel, Annabelle hotel, Rui Cypria hotel, Amethus hotel and various other hotels within Paphos.

The Paphos District
CYPRUS is the third largest Mediterranean island and one of the most popular tourist destinations, attracting over 3 million tourists per year.
The weather in Cyprus is hot and warm throughout the year. Temperatures range from 16 to a 40 degrees or more. Cyprus does have a colder climate in the winter however, when it's -5 at home, Paphos can be 17 degrees and sunny.
Kato Paphos area
The apartment is 15 mins drive from Paphos airport and about 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. There is a main bus route near to the apartment and a taxi rank at the Avanti Hotel just over the road from the apartment. There are 2 travel agents to book local trips around the island which are very close, which picks up at the hotel near to the apartment. The local bus will take you to Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Market, and the harbour. The water park is 5 mins drive away.
Water park and go-karting facilities within a 5 mins drive from the apartment. Children's small amusement park within a 5 mins drive from the apartment. 5-a-side football pitches and crazy golf also close by, about 5 mins drive from the apartment. Paphos aquarium is only a short drive away also.
The beach is just a 5 mins walk from the apartment which offers a wide range of watersports including jet skis and speedboats.
How to get there
Paphos airport is just 15km away from the apartment an this takes just 15 minutes by taxi.
