The Tombs of the Kings area is located between the vibrant seafront tourist area of Kato Paphos with its famous Harbour and Paphos old Town with its traditional market and modern shopping .
Both the Old Town and Kato Paphos are within walking distance of the apartment.
The Tombs of the Kings UNESCO world heritage site, together with the numerous Tavernas, bars, restaurants, banks and shops of the Tombs of the kings area are only a five minute walk from the apartment.
The magnificant harbour lined with open air Tavernas (with the days catch) is a 15-20 minute walk away, along the new beautiful coastal path. You can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip.
The Blue flag Faros beach is opposite the complex just 800m away.
5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in the Elysium Hotel opposite.
There is a bus stop just outside the complex for those wishing to take the short bus ride to visit Coral Bay.
For those wishing a Golfing holiday there are 3 superb courses within a 30 minute drive.

The Pafos District surrounds the coastal town of Pafos, once the ancient capital of Cyprus and today amongst the island's most popular tourist resorts. Its age old history and archaeological treasures have merited the towns naming as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
Just north of Paphos is Coral Bay, a small resort with a lovely white-sand beach.
It's a great family beach as the water's calm and safe for toddlers and there are loads of watersports on offer for teenagers and adults as well as beach bars and cafes.
Historical sites are the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite. The Villa of Theseus and the House of Dionysus, where you will find beautiful floor mosaics depicting life in ancient times as well as images of the Greek gods.
There 3 Golf courses within a 30 minute drive. (more details on our website).
Visit the Troodos mountains for walking and trails or skiing in winter.
Water sports including scuba and sailing.
The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
The town itself has two main areas, Kato Pafos (lower Pafos) and Pano Pafos (upper Pafos).
Kato Pafos is best known for its mediaeval fort; old fishing harbour; and sea-front promenade and is highly popular with tourists and locals alike!
There are numerous sandy beaches here, along with excellent restaurants and entertainment facilities. Cultural events ranging from operas to art exhibitions and concerts regularly take place here.
Pano Pafos encircles the colourful Old Market, and is brimming with modern shops and boutiques.
The Tombs of the Kings area has the magnificant Tombs of the kings archaeological UNESCO site.
The Mosaics of Paphos are part of a large archeological site that includes a theatre and a ruined castle.
It is located in Paphos itself, with the entrance in the harbour.
Our apartment is within easy walking distance to the many tavernas, pubs, restaurants, entertainment, shops and banks of the Tombs of the kings area.
There are Five top class international restaurants a 1st class Irish bar and a wonderful family "Live Sports" pub within a 4 minute walk.
There are a 5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in Elysium Hotel opposite.
Water fun park, Go-Karting, Bowling alley are all near.
Coral Bay beach is a short bus ride away with the bus stop just opposite the complex.

Cars can be ordered for collection and return to the airport.

On a changeover day, the apartment will be available from 4 PM.
On a changeover day, the apartment will need to be vacated by 10 AM.
A Late stay is normally available please ask.
Prices are for Two people in Apartment.
£15 per person per stay Linen Charge for more than Two People.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
We require a 20% deposit to book the apartment with a minimum of £85.00
Booking will be held for 7 days so you can book your flights.
We require payment in GBP by cheque or bank transfer.
If there is 8 weeks or less to your holiday we will require the payment in full.
The Rental Balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday along with a £125 security deposit.
This £125 security deposit will be refunded in full approx. 7-14 days after your Holiday.
Subject to a satisfactory check on the apartment following your departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
More than 8 weeks - Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks - Loss of rental balance (Security Deposit only will be refunded)
CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.
