The spacious, comfortable lounge opens out on the large private balcony. From here you overlook one of the 4 swimming pools and the lovely views beyond. There is a patio set for outdoor-dining and 2 folding sun loungers which can be taken down to the pool. Pool towels are provided.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with running costs included. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 single room and a double room which has a dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space. All beds have superior quality mattresses. The large family bathroom has a bath/shower with shower screen. In the lounge area there are two leather sofas one of which easily converts into a sprung-mattress bed, a 26” LCD TV, DVD and Nile sat satellite TV.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with high-quality granite worktops and the dining table can comfortably seat 5 people. The contemporary furnishings are of a very high quality and every detail has been considered to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

The complex consists of 4 pools and a children's pool within landscaped gardens. The apartment is top/third floor accessed by a lift and there is private parking on site.
At ground level, near the fully-equipped air-conditioned gym, there are separate male and female showers and toilets (including disabled toilets).
There are 2 mini-supermarkets less than a 3 minute walk away and a taxi rank and bus service just down the road.

The Paphos region


The climate of Cyprus makes the summer months a popular time for tourism in Paphos, when the temperatures are mid 30s degrees Celsius every day. However the mild and sunny winter months by the coast also attract those wishing to escape the cold! Keen walkers and mountain biking enthusiasts are attracted to the Troodos mountains and the Akamas peninsular, a preserved area of natural beauty and habitat. Here you can enjoy guided tours and hire mountain bikes. Skiing and sledging is popular in the mountains during the winter.
The famous sandy beaches at Coral Bay are just a 15 minute drive from central Paphos. Here you will find a blue flag family-friendly beach with a good selection of shops and restaurants serving international and local cuisine. Several of the larger hotels have very good health spas, for example: the boutique Thalassa hotel in Coral Bay, the Elysium Hotel in Paphos and the Retreat Spa at Aphrodite Hills. There is also a good choice of excellent private health spas close to the apartment.
For the golf enthusiast there are 3 famous courses within half an hour’s drive: Aphrodite Hills, a five star gold resort which hosts many golf tournaments supported by celebrities, Secret Valley and Tsada golf courses.
Cyprus is steeped in Greek history and if you are interested in archaeology, Paphos has a wealth of ancient sites including Tombs of the Kings, Aphrodite’s Baths, the ruins at Agios Georgios, several large Amphitheatres and is also home to the Byzantium museum. There are also some beautifully preserved mosaics located at Paphos Harbour next to the castle.
The Kato Paphos / Artemis Cynthia area
Kato Paphos attracts people all year-round and is a well-established holiday resort in southern Cyprus. Along the harbour-front promenade you will find a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, modern hotels and shopping. There are also some lovely beaches with beach-side cafes where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming and watersports. The old town area has a wonderful old covered market area to browse around. English is widely spoken in Cyprus and the local people are very warm and welcoming.
Activities include water parks, an aquarium, a bird and reptile park, a donkey sanctuary, ten-pin bowling, diving, water sports, boat trips, snorkelling trips, Jeep safaris, go-carting tracks with tunnels, mountain biking and horse riding.

We had a fantastic time, one of the reasons for going was to visit some of the historical sights and we were not disappointed. All the municipal sites were very reasonably priced and well run. The people were really friendly and we had no language problems with most people speaking some english. The food quality was very good and there was plenty of variety from classic greek to Italian, English, Chinese etc. If you wanted to cater at the apartment there were lots of local stores and we also found a very convenient Aldi store which we used several days. The apartment was as good as it looked on the website, immaculately clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We were very glad of the air conditioning! Although the apartment was on the third floor this was not a problem with the lift. The pool was very welcoming after the heat of the day and we made use of it several evenings. The whole complex was beautifully maintained, always clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend this as a relaxing holiday. I would suggest that it would be sensible to hire a car as most of the places to visit were too far to walk, especially in the heat. We hired an economy car which had air conditioning and did the job at an affordable price. Driving on the same side as home made things easier! |
