This new (2009) penthouse apartment with private roof terrace is part of the exclusive Royal Seacrest complex which is situated in the heart of Kato Paphos, just off the Tombs of the Kings road. Furnished in a contemporary and welcoming style this spacious apartment is perfect for those wanting the freedom of a self-catering holiday but which offers much more than an ordinary self catering experience. The Royal Seacrest is in a prime location and is arguably the best new complex in Kato Paphos.
The apartment has a large open plan living and kitchen area which contains a luxury double sofa bed for extra flexibility, 2 large double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious balcony which overlooks the 2 large lagoon swimming pools with kids section, gardens and 2 outdoor Jacuzzis, perfect for sitting back, cooling off and relaxing. The private roof terrace has magnificent views across the sea and up to old Paphos town. The complex also has communal sun loungers and parasols for topping up your tan.
You're only 800 metres to nearest beach and 400 metres to the nearest shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. You are also within walking distance of the picturesque harbour with all its hustle, bustle and fantastic eateries and bars. The harbour and all it has to offer can be accessed via the new coastal path or by bus which picks up close to the complex. This apartment is perfect for anyone who is looking for a prime location with everything on their doorstep. It is also a stones throw away from the 5 star Elysium hotel, making it a great place to stay for wedding party guests or for taking advantage of their fantastic spa facilities.

The living area has relaxing lounge seating and includes a top quality comfortable double leather sofa bed and an additional leather two seater sofa, an air conditioning/heating unit and ceiling fans. It also includes a 32'' inch HD flat screen TV which is connected to the Nilesat Satellite system which picks up 22 TV channels with English speaking content. A PS2 games console with games is also included plus an up scaling DVD player with a good selection of family movies. An IPod docking station is also available giving you the advantage of enjoy your own music.
The open plan kitchen has Bosch appliances including an oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. It also includes a toaster a kettle, a coffee machine and all you could need for your stay.
NEW for 2013 we have also included a variety of essential baby equipment as we know how difficult it can be when you go on holiday with your little ones. Equipment includes a microwave steriliser, weaning equipment, electric hand food blender, baby food storage containers, 2 insulated bottle carriers, changing mat, a baby monitor/night light, play gym, travel cot. All of this equipment has been bought by us from new and is provide at no extra cost. We also have an inflatable air bed so families with 3 kids don't have to use the sofa bed.
The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning/heating unit, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and draws, a dressing table and mirror, bedside tables and a patio door which lead straight out onto your private balcony. A hair dryer is also included plus a safe for all your valuables.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds which could be put together to make a double if you wish, air conditioning/heating unit, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and draws.
The modern bathroom is tiled and has a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet, wash basin, mirror and vanity unit.
All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot Cypriot nights. We also have blackout blinds in all rooms so you can enjoy those holiday lie ins.

The main room patio doors lead out onto the private balcony area which has a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the landscaped gardens, large lagoon swimming pools, feature fountains, dedicated children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzis.
The private roof terrace has magnificent views across the sea and of the old town of Paphos and includes sun beds, matching table and sun canopy. The terrace is accessible by lift or stairs.
To the front of the property we also have a bistro style table and chairs set so you can enjoy your first coffee of the day in the sun.
The pool area has sun loungers and parasols for communal use and shower and toilet facilities.
This is a professionally managed apartment with friendly English speking staff providing 24 hour on call emergency service if required.
Complex is located in a wi-fi hotspot.
A comprehensive guest information pack is available in the apartment so you can make the most of yor stay. We also provide a small complimentary starter pack to get you going. This pack includes coffee/sugar and milk sachets, tea bags, a small amount of washing up liquid, kitchen/toilet roll and some liquid soap.
Please note that the apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed.
Reasonable air conditioning usage is included in the rental price as is the electric and water, so no nasty hidden extra charges.Maid service can also be arranged during your stay at an extra cost. If you have small children a travel cot is provided free of charge, other equipment can be hired if requested.
The apartment also has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke alarms.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged for approx 30 euros each way per party of 4 (paid locally)
The Paphos region
Paphos and its surrounding area have something for everyone and is a year round destination. It has the warmest climate in the EU with over 340 days of sunshine.
The family will never be short of things to do in Paphos. There's the Aphrodite Water Park, a cool way to spend a hot day with its rides, lazy river and the biggest family rafting ride in Europe. The park is easily accessible via a regular bus service.
In Paphos you can also find go-kart parks, bowling alleys and crazy golf. Why not experience the quad bike safaris, fun for all the family, especially for those children who can drive their own quad. There are an abundance of trips to enjoy in the area, one of the most popular is the jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see the protected Greenback turtles laying their eggs. Many of the parks and trip organisers provide buses which pick up from the Tomb of the Kings road so access is easy and a car is not necessary.
On the beaches you have an abundance of water sports such as paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis. There are also various scuba diving schools, one of which is located on the Tomb of the Kings road.
At the harbour you can take boat trips, fishing trips and if you want to feel like a millionaire you can take your own power boat out to sea. There are also fantastic day and night mini cruises to enjoy. If you would like to go further afield you could also cruise over to Egypt and the Holy Land.
For the golf enthusiast Paphos has four leading golf courses all within a 15 to 30 minute drive from the apartment and a driving range. Paphos is a perfect all year round destination for golf as it combines fantastic greens with beautiful weather.

The Troodos Mountains provide skiing and snowboarding in the winter and is best enjoyed from January to March.
If you would like to explore Cyprus further there are excellent hiking, cycling and walking trails,
wineries, art galleries, monasteries, Greek temples and historic churches to visit.
The apartment itself is situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with its impressive underground tombs dating back to the 4th century BC. There are also ancient mosaics, mythological and ancient ruins within easy reach.
Shops, bars, and restaurants are approximately 400 metres away from the apartment and the nearest blue flag beach is less than 800 meters away. You can also take a leisurely walk to The Old Harbour along the new coastal path which is breathtaking at sunset. Or if all that sunbathing has tired you out you can take the bus which picks up on the main road and takes less than 3 minutes to get you there. This leaves you lots of time to enjoy the huge range of fantastic international restaurants, cafes, shops and bars and you can watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Restaurants in the main harbour area are in abundance, too many to mention however it is safe to say it caters for every taste and budget. See the owners private web site for more information.
You can walk to the old town of Paphos with its daily market in only 5 minutes and it's great for getting all your fresh produce and Cypriot trinkets. There is also a Next department store and many other shops around the market area to enjoy. The complex is situated 500 metres from the 5* Elysium Hotel and Spa so if you want a spot of pampering head across the road and book yourself a relaxing treatment.
Restaurants on your doorstep
There is a large section of restaurants just a short walk away from your apartment, here are just a few of our favourites.
If you're feeling hungry head over to Fat Mamas, only a few minutes walk from the apartment and the biggest portions you have ever seen. Great for the kids as the staff entertain them with their singing and dancing routines. Also available for the kids is face painting, hair braiding and spray on tattoos.
Chloe's is a Chinese restaurant and you can find them on the Tomb of the Kings road and in the main harbour area. Booking is recommended as this restaurant is very popular. The food and service is fantastic and you won't be disappointed.
2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartment is the Youkoso Japanese Restaurant where you can enjoy sushi, sashimi and teppenyaki.
Just a ten minute walk from the apartment is Oliveto. With its fantastic range of steak and seafood cooked for you on a hot stone grill at your table.

"Fantastic holiday...see you next year!"
will not holiday anywhere else again! It is such a lovely place the royal seacrest. the standard of the whole complex and apartment is a very high one, and Debbie is such a fantastic help..... nothing is a problem and she is there all the way through. It was a home from home and our gang didn't want to leave. Debbie and mark have thought of everything to help you with your stay!! the booklet is a must look at ! They have great entertainment and eating out ideas. A night at Fat Mammas is a must. But all you have to do is follow their guides and ideas and you wont go wrong. All that's left to say is thank you to both Deb and Mark for an amazing holiday.... oh and see ya next August.. im all booked up!

"Great Relaxing Break"
Stayed at this lovely Apartment for just the 1 week in March, this has it all not too far to walk into Pahos but far enough so you are away from the main area. The apartment has everything you need for the home from home break and has lovely views of the sea from the roof terrace. My husband & I would recommend this apartment to any of our friends and family and when returning to Paphos we would most defiantly stay here again.

We spent 7 days at the Royal Seacrest apartment in June 2012. My partner and I normally holiday in hotels but this year we wanted to try an apartment holiday as we were taking our 10 month old daughter on her 1st trip. We were extremely pleased with how easy this kind of holiday proved to be. The apartment was fantastic, clean & everything was available, be it a fridge, cooker or even a good old toaster! Air-conditioning in the living room & bedrooms was excellent and ice cold very quickly; this was a definite plus with the weather being so warm (31 degrees!)
The pool area was fantastic, very accessible and the kids pool was perfect for our daughter who quite happily bobbed around in her rubber ring while we topped up our tans – I imagine it will be busy in the summer months of July & August so June was perfect for us.
The couple that own the property have done a sterling job in creating a wonderful summer holiday apartment and communication with them was so easy, quick and friendly. We have already received our returned deposit and we only got home 2 days ago. We would strongly advise you consider booking Cyprus as a holiday destination with your family, the area was lovely with everything you need practically on your doorstep and the locals are very friendly and helpful.
Amazing holiday and we will definitely be returning next year!

When we ask for feedback we take all comments very seriously and take on board what our guests have said and from those comments we do implement improvements. I can see that you would have liked having the convenience of a microwave to heat your little ones food which is perfectly understandable so with that in mind when we visit the apartment in a few weeks time for our holiday we will be purchasing a microwave for the kitchen. So thank you for letting us know that this facility would have been of benefit for you so if you do come back to us for your holiday in the future (and I certainly hope you do) a microwave will defiantly be in place.

"Apartment was brilliant, just perfect."
I have recently stayed at this apartment and I will certainly be returning for another holiday. It was spotlessly clean and spacious, the owner Debbie has thought of everything you could possibly need for your holiday, there is a hairdryer, a iron and ironing board,
washing machine, towels for the bathroom even beach towels, you only need to take your clothes.
The pool area was great, I took my little grandson and I found the pool to be very safe for him to play in, he had the time of his life. You do not have to fight for sunbeds, there are plenty to have and lot's of room. I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi's.
It was so lovely to eat out on the balcony and look at the gorgeous views.
The apartment was nice and quiet in the evening, fantastic.
The location of the apartment was perfect, lot's of places to eat out and to accommodate little ones, playhouses and bouncycastles for them to play in allowing us to enjoy our drinks. The beach was lovely to walk along in the evening.
I found the owners to be very helpful with any questions you may have, they will accomodate you in every way they can. Thankyou Debbie and Mark for a brilliant holiday.
I have already recommended your apartment to my friends and family.

"Modern apartment in a great location and with fine facilities"
Just back from a week at the Royal Seacrest and can't recommend it enough. The apartment is in excellent condition, well decorated with modern appliances, with a large north facing balcony and a smaller south-facing seating area meaning that the sun (+sea view) is available all day long. The apartment is within walking distance of the main Tombs of the Kings Road but is far enough away for the traffic to be wholly imperceptible. The owner's support before and during the holiday ensured that at all times we felt comfortable despite not being in a hotel environment. The on site pool facilities are excellent and the terrace above the apartment means that you can catch the sun all day long without having to venture out (if you so wish). We have stayed at a number of privately-owned apartments around Europe over the past few years and would rate the experience at the Royal Seacrest, which is virtually brand new, as matching the very best. Five stars.
