Beautiful one bedroom apt in perfect location, fully air conditioned just off Tombs of the Kings Road, (AIR CON INCLUDED IN PRICE) furnished to a high standard in a quiet-cul-de-sac, with private parking, pool view, and landscaped gardens, very spacious with a separate kitchen. Sleeps 5. Free Wi-Fi available in most bars/restaurants.
Bus stop to Coral Bay and Harbour 2 mins away ( in front of Damon Hotel).All amenities within a 2 minute walk. (banks, shops, car hire, tavernas, restaurants, including KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc, too many to choose from.).There is now a Lidl which is about a 5 minute drive away on the bus, the local beach is about a 5 min walk, harbour 15 mins. No car necessary. We can arrange for someone to get some milk, bread etc for you, payable locally.

Our apt is a one bed apt on the first floor in a quiet cul de sac. It has a lounge, with dining area, which has a table and four chairs and it does have a ceiling fan as well. The lounge area has two sofa beds, with air conditioning.
It has a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. It also has a water cooling machine.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirror and a air conditioning unit.
On the balcony is a patio table and chairs. We have four sunbeds down by the communal swimming pool.
LINEN: All linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask you to bring your own towels for the pool and beach.
Can be arranged if you need a cot or high chair.

No car necessary - all amenities close by and only 15 mins from Paphos airport!
We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport at approx 25 euros each way if required, payable to them on arrival.
It is a 2 min walk to the tavernas, shops,banks and bus routes to Coral Bay, harbour and the old town. The local Lighthouse beach is only a 5 min walk away and about 15 mins to the harbour.

There is no lift in our building but there are not many steps to the first floor.
You may smoke on the balcony only but not in the apt.
Conditions
A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
A £100 breakages/key deposit is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges that may occur, after our property has been Inspected by our Cyprus based Proprty Management Company.

Please leave the oven clean, if not there will be a charge for this, also there is a charge for replacement key if lost. (Payable locally).
The price includes a basic clean at the end of the stay , but if left in a unacceptable condition there may be an extra charge, also the laundry is based on 1 x bed linen for 2 and 1 set of towels for 2, but if lthere is an excess amount of laundry left there will be an extra charge, but please can you leave our apartment as clean as possible.
Air con is included in our price, but any excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

The weather in Paphos gets very hot in July/August so take plenty of sun tan cream with you.
There is plenty to do in Paphos, there is the Waterpark, Bird Park, The Aquarium, Mozaics, plenty of watersports and plenty of fabulous restaurants, try Fat Mammas the portions are huge. There is every type of restaurant that you can think of including, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Thai and much much more.
If you fancy scuba diving we can arrange this for you with a dive master instructor to take you to some of the best sites in Cyprus and also there is a wreck dive in Larnaca called the Zenobia for experienced divers to explore which is the 3rd best wreck dive in Europe. Cost to TBA.
The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area
Why not visit the Tombs of the Kings which is nearby, or the harbour which is lovely in the evenings, with some nice fish restaurants down there, you may be lucky to see the Pelican there which tourists like to see. In July there is the Beer Festival which is held down by the harbour, they also hold live music nights there. There are lots of historical places to visit in Paphos as well.
Try visiting the local fruit market and the bazaar too.

Easyjet fly from Gatwick and Manchester and we have found them to be the cheapest, also we use Economy Car Hire and then pick up the car, or get it delivered from Budget who are on Tombs of the Kings Road.
We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport, who will give you the keys to our apt, or they will be left in a secure place.

We have stayed in Paphos in the past and know our way around. We wanted to rent a place that was not off the beaten track but not right in the middle of everything. We found the ideal place! Booking was a breeze, Karen was on top of everything and made it very easy to arrange everything. The apartment has one bedroom but to pull-outs in the living room. There was more than ample space for two and I guess a couple of kids wouldnt have made too much of a difference. The apartment was clean and everything in it was new or nearly new. The best apspect of this rental was the pool, it as never busy and at its peak there were about four people at the pool side. We had the pool all morning every day to ourselves! The apartment has a parking space which is really handy and is only a few minute walk to all the facilities on the main road. That said, when you went to bed you hear nothing! I loved the apartment, location and the cost! |

We stayed here for 10 days, became a home away from home, air con was a god send in the beautiful heat. Basically had the swimming pool to ourselves everyday which was lovely. Bars and restaurants right outside and supermarket across the road! About a 15 minute walk to the harbour, great walk back along the sea front. Eating out wasn't cheap but the apartment had great cooking facilities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chilled out sun holiday without the hassle of a hotel. |

No smoking permitted within apartment (balcony and garden area OK).
Guests to replace any breakages with matching items of the same quality. (Or to let us know) re the £100.00 damages/security deposit.
Guests to comply with the community rules, regulations.• Confirm availability of apartment before booking flights.
Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week to allow flights to be booked and deposit to be sent.
Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.
Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before start date of holiday, and the £100 security deposit.
Non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits: - GB£25% of full rental, discounts c an be negotiated on bookings over one month).
Cancellation: - Greater than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited. Less than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited and the rental if unable to re-let. (Total Paid).
