About the home

Beautiful one bedroom apt in perfect location, fully air conditioned just off Tombs of the Kings Road, (AIR CON INCLUDED IN PRICE) furnished to a high standard in a quiet-cul-de-sac, with private parking, pool view, and landscaped gardens, very spacious with a separate kitchen. Sleeps 5. Free Wi-Fi available in most bars/restaurants.

Bus stop to Coral Bay and Harbour 2 mins away ( in front of Damon Hotel).All amenities within a 2 minute walk. (banks, supermarkets, car hire, tavernas, restaurants, including KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc, too many to choose from.) Local beach 5 mins walk, harbour 15 mins. No car necessary. We can arrange for someone to get some milk, bread etc for you.

Our apt is a one bed apt on the first floor in a quiet cul de sac. It has a lounge, with dining area, which has a table and four chairs and the lounge area has two sofa beds, with air conditioning. It has a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave etc. It also has a water cooling machine.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirror and a air conditioning unit. On the balcony is a patio table and chairs. We have four sunbeds down by the communal swimming pool.
LINEN: All linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask you to bring your own towels for the pool and beach.
Can be arranged if you need a cot or high chair.

No car necessary - all amenities close by and only 15 mins from Paphos airport!

We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport at approx 25 euros each way if required, payable to them on arrival.

It is a 2 min walk to the tavernas, shops,banks and bus routes to Coral Bay, harbour and the old town. The local Lighthouse beach is only a 5 min walk away and about 15 mins to the harbour.

Further details

There is no lift in our building but there are not many steps to the first floor. You may smoke on the balcony only but not in the apt. An English person looks after our apt and lives in the same building, so I can give you their telephone number as a contact number when you get there. If you need any milk, coffee, tea etc she will get it for you, she does the cleaning before and after as well.

We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport at approx 25 euros each way if required, payable to them on arrival.

Conditions

A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

A £100 breakages/key deposit is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges that may occur.

Please leave the oven clean, if not there will be a charge of 10 euros for this, also there is a charge of 10 euros for replacement key if lost.

The cleaning and laundry are included in our prices for 2 people at the end of your stay, ( there is an extra charge of 10 euros per person per week for laundry), but please leave our apartment as clean as possible.

The Paphos region

The weather in Paphos gets very hot in July/August so take plenty of sun tan cream with you.

There is plenty to do in Paphos, there is the Waterpark, Bird Park, The Aquarium, Mozaics, plenty of watersports and plenty of fabulous restaurants, try Fat Mammas the portions are huge. There is every type of restaurant that you can think of including, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Thai and much much more.

If you fancy scuba diving we can arrange this for you with a dive master instructor to take you to some of the best sites in Cyprus and also there is a wreck dive in Larnaca called the Zenobia for experienced divers to explore which is the 3rd best wreck dive in Europe. Cost to TBA.

The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area

Why not visit the Tombs of the Kings which is nearby, or the harbour which is lovely in the evenings, with some nice fish restaurants down there, you may be lucky to see the Pelican there which tourists like to see. In July there is the Beer Festival which is held down by the harbour, they also hold live music nights there. There are lots of historical places to visit in Paphos as well.

Try visiting the local fruit market and the bazaar too.

Easyjet fly from Gatwick and Manchester and we have found them to be the cheapest, also we use Economy Car Hire and then pick up the car, or get it delivered from Budget who are on Tombs of the Kings Road.

We can arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport, who will give you the keys to our apt.

“Home for home” We spent two weeks at this apartment and we had a fantasic time. The apartment is very modern, with everything you require, it has air conditioning units in the bedroom and living area, which is a treat for those hot days and nights, worth noting the air conditioning is included in the price of the apartment (some are not). There is also a large balcony which looks onto the swimming pool. The location of the apartment meant that it was close enough to visit the bars and restaurants with ease, but also far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends and we will definately be returning some time in the future for another lovely holiday.

Holiday was fantastic, Paphos bigger than what we thought, your apartment was lovely and in a good spot, nice and quiet and friendly neighbours.

The apartment was great, we had a lovely time, the weather was great, unseasonably warm apparently.
Unfortunately we are not enjoying being back home as its so cold!! ------ Sacha, 10th - 17th Oct 2009.

We had a lovely holiday at the Kyklamino apt last year, it was in a great location, the apt was furnished with mostly new furniture, and the people were very friendly. An ideal suntrap for sunworshipppers, and everything was close by. ------- Lewis and family Aug 2009.

The apartment, and the surroundings were perfect....couldn't have been better.
Superbly situated, nice and quiet (we had the pool to ourselves nearly all the time) yet within a short walking distance from The Tomb of The Kings Road where there was plenty of life.
We would love to go again, and we will, of course, contact you if the opportunity should arise.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• No smoking permitted within apartment (balcony and garden area OK).

• Guests to replace any breakages with matching items of the same quality. (Or to let us know) re the £100.00 damages/security deposit.

• Guest to comply with the community rules, regulations.

• Confirm availability of apartment before booking flights.

• Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week to allow flights to be booked and deposit to be sent.

• Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.

• Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before start date of holiday, and the £100 security deposit.

• Non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Deposits: - GB£25% of full rental, discounts can be negotiated on bookings over one month).

Cancellation: -

• Greater than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited.

• Less than 8 weeks before start date of holiday – Deposit forfeited and the rental if unable to re-let. (Total Paid).
