Located on Second floor & has wheel chair access to all levels & is located in the heart of the very exclusive coastal area of Kato Paphos with large overflowing swimming pool,walk in jacuzzi,children's pool & tennis courts,The health club, boutique stores, & speciality restaurants are only a five minuet walk.

And the area’s ancient historic harbour, medieval castle & UNESCO’S archaeological park are a a sort walk away.

English-speaking & on hand to answer any questions 24 hours per day.

A welcome pack is with our compliments having milk, tea, sugar, water, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice, eggs & bacon , sunflower oil, Toilet rolls. Please let us know if there are any dietary specifications we need to be aware of. Specific grocery packs and special requests can also be arranged

Conditions

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required eight weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

25% of rental fee is due at the time of booking + The Final balance 8 weeks before your arrival

The Paphos region

Paphos is the oldest town in Cyprus and often referred to as "Cyprus forgotten pearl". It offers a unique small town atmosphere, a good climate in combination with great archaeological buildings and sites. The picturesque town is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and odorous citrus trees.

The Paphos area is included on Unescos list of protected cultural and natural heritage. It is also known as the birthplace of Aphrodite as this is where she rose from the ocean. The town consists of two parts; the upper part Pano Pathos with its historical buildings and the lower part Kato Paphos with its picturesque fishing harbour
