The apartment is situated on the ground floor and sleeps up to 4 people. The living room and both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units.
The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 and dining table and 4 chairs.. This area leads onto a large private pool-facing terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs and 4 sun loungers. Part of the terrace is covered. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC. Covered allocated parking is provided. Additional features of the apartment include television and radio, DVD player, CD/MP3 player, iron and ironing board.
The complex has a large walk-in swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's pool. the pool is surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds where sun beds are provided. There is also a smaller heated swimming pool again with a jacuzzi. The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the harbour 10 minutes and the bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes.

Take a sunset cruise on a yacht from Paphos Harbour.
