About the home

Apartment G229 at the impressive Artemis Cynthia Complex is a New family owned 1 bed apartment situated on the second floor. The tripple aspect of the open plan living area makes the most of the south-easterly position. The rooms are large and light with high ceilings. There is full air conditioning to all rooms. Marble work surfaces in the kitchen .. Lifts to all floors.

The bedroom has floor to ceiling cupboards with plenty of shelves. drawers, hanging space and the all important hangers.

Outside is a spacious wrap around balcony that provides ample room for tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the balcony you over look one of the 4 pools and also the green area.

The whole complex has been finished to a very high standard. You have your own parking space and the complex is gated for added security.

The lounge is square and can easily accommodate the 2 large double sofa beds.

There is crockery and glasses for 8 people with plastic plates, bowls and cups for the younger children.

High chairs and cots can be hire, please enquire. We can also arrange a welcome pack.

The shower room has a glass shower cubicle fitted.

We can arrange for the linen to be change mid stay of a two week holiday. Please enquire

This apartment is ideal for large families, couples, friends and people who want to get some value for money winter sun.

There are 4 pools each having a different aspect and plenty of sunbathing terrace around each pool, attached to one of the pools near the apartment is a children's pool.


At the bottom of our block G are communal showers, toilets and disabled toilets. Ideal of those who have to check out early but with late flights

Also there is a fully air conditioned gym with a large window that over looks the pool.


The apartment over looks the green area, please note that this is due for completion during 2010.

Check in at 1 pm and check out at 10 am but we try and accommodate everybodies needs. These times are only necessary when we have back to back rentals.

We are in contact with other apartment owners on the complex so larger parties can book more than one apartment. Please inquire.

A non refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure booking.

Full payment including refundable deposit is require 6 weeks before departure.

Any bookings made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment plus security deposit must be made to secure booking.

All prices are for the apartment with up to 6 people sharing and not per person.

The Paphos region

Paphos is an all year round resort that benefits from 300 days of sun shine. You are only 20 min drive from the airport.
Paphos is split into two, the old town and the harbour area which boast the famous 'bar street'.

There is a water park close by, go karting and paintballing.

Bowling to Bingo

The harbour area has been newly refurbished with shops and restaurants. Fantastic place to watch the sunsets.

Paphos boasts the 3 only championship golf courses and all are within 20 min drive.

The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, lots of fresh air and a break from the humid summer heat. In winter it is possible to ski for 6-8 weeks. There are villages and ornate churchs to explore.

Driving is easy as it is the same as in the UK with well sign posted roads in both English and Greek.

There are plenty of beaches to explore from secluded to larges sandy ones like coral bay.

The Kato Paphos / Universal District area

There are many historical sites to visit locally from Tomb of the Kings to the Mosaics near the harbour.

It is a great holiday destination all year round with a superb weather it will appeal to both families, friends or couples.

There are many beautiful spring flowers and sweet smelling almond tree blossom.

The choice is endless , if your young there are clubs and bar street and if you want a more peaceful holiday you can just stay around the pool with luxsury surrounds with the odd trip out up the mountains or to that secluded beach......... the choice is yours , Paphos has it all.

“Great location, clean, convenient and quiet!” Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a fortnight in August, apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed during out stay in Paphos. It's just a 10/15 minute walk down to the harbour for all the restaurants etc, the apartment overlooked a pool which was pretty much always empty so we had it to ourselves 90% of the time, bonus! So apartment was perfect and Paphos itself is lovely, favourite meal was the finest fillet steak I've ever had at the aptly named "I love steak & prawn" , also worth noting if you pay in sterling you get 2 euro's to every pound, bargain! Thankyou!
