Apartment G229 at the impressive Artemis Cynthia Complex is a New family owned 1 bed apartment situated on the second floor. The tripple aspect of the open plan living area makes the most of the south-easterly position. The rooms are large and light with high ceilings. There is full air conditioning to all rooms. Marble work surfaces in the kitchen .. Lifts to all floors.
The bedroom has floor to ceiling cupboards with plenty of shelves. drawers, hanging space and the all important hangers.
Outside is a spacious wrap around balcony that provides ample room for tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the balcony you over look one of the 4 pools and also the green area.
The whole complex has been finished to a very high standard. You have your own parking space and the complex is gated for added security.

The Paphos District
Paphos is an all year round resort that benefits from 300 days of sun shine. You are only 20 min drive from the airport. Paphos is split into two, the old town and the harbour area which boast the famous 'bar street'.
There is a water park close by, go karting and paintballing.
Bowling to Bingo
The harbour area has been newly refurbished with shops and restaurants. Fantastic place to watch the sunsets.
Paphos boasts the 3 only championship golf courses and all are within 20 min drive. Aphrodite Hills Tsada Golf Club Secret Valley
The Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, lots of fresh air and a break from the humid summer heat. In winter it is possible to ski for 6-8 weeks. There are villages and ornate churchs to explore.
Driving is easy as it is the same as in the UK with well sign posted roads in both English and Greek.
There are plenty of beaches to explore from secluded to larges sandy ones like coral bay.
Kato Paphos / Universal District
There are many historical sites to visit locally from Tomb of the Kings to the Mosaics near the harbour.
It is a great holiday destination all year round with a superb weather it will appeal to both families, friends or couples.
There are many beautiful spring flowers and sweet smelling almond tree blossom.
The choice is endless , if your young there are clubs and bar street and if you want a more peaceful holiday you can just stay around the pool with luxsury surrounds with the odd trip out up the mountains or to that secluded beach......... the choice is yours , Paphos has it all.

Further details outdoors: There are 4 pools each having a different aspect and plenty of sunbathing terrace around each pool, attached to one of the pools near the apartment is a children's pool.
At the bottom of our block G are communal showers, toilets and disabled toilets. Ideal of those who have to check out early but with late flights
Also there is a fully air conditioned gym with a large window that over looks the pool.
The green area is near by but please note that this is not due for completion until December 2009.

Full payment including refundable deposit is require 10 weeks before departure.
Any bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment plus security deposit must be made to secure booking.
All prices are for the apartment with 2 people sharing and not per person. Please add on £20 per additional person per week to cover the extra laundry and electricity.
