About the home

Kings resort is a luxury complex and our apartment benefits from an extremely large patio area with lots of space to enjoy sunbathing and relaxing & free air con. Satellite TV in the apartment ensures that if you decide to relax in the apartment then you'll always have something to watch, with a wide range of English films, drama series and music channels available.

Kings resort is a very sought after complex and has a gym on the complex which is ideal for a light workout while on holiday.

A 10 minute walk leads to the local beach at the Venus Beach hotel. A 5 minute walk leads to the nearest shops, restaurants and bars. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is the bus stop which takes you to the harbour, Coral bay and the market. The apartment is a 25 minute drive from Paphos airport.

Further details indoors:
The apartment will be prepared with fresh linen and towels provided. Free linen change in the second week if a 14 night stay. Guest staying less than 14 nights can request linen change at time of booking of which there will be a charge.

Further details outdoors:
Outside paved patio area with four sun loungers a Rattan table and two rattan chairs and two seater chairs.

Conditions

To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 sterling. This is a non-refundable deposit so we advise holiday insurance at the time of booking. This deposit should be paid within 7 to 10 days. The balance is paid 12 weeks before departure together with a £ 200 sterling refundable breakage fee which is subject to satisfactory property inspection.Transport to/from the airport can be arranged

The Paphos region

Travel
The apartment is a 20 min drive from Paphos airport and 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. Car hire is not essential, there is a main bus route near to the apartment. There are a range of travel agents to book local trips around the Island located on tombs of the kings road. The local bus will take you to Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Market, and the Harbour. The water park is 10 mins drive away.

Distances
The Old Town of Paphos with it's daily market is 5 mins drive away. The Harbour is about 5 mins drive away. The Venus beach is 10 mins walk. Nearest bar 5 minutes walk, restaurants 5 minutes walk, kiosk 5 minutes walk, bank 10 minutes walk and car hire is 10 minutes walk away.

The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area

Coast/Beach
The beach at the Venus Beach Hotel is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Coral Bay sandy beach can be reached by car and will take approximately fifteen minutes along the coastal road. There are loungers, umbrellas, available to hire, go early as it gets very busy in high season. There are snack bars, toilets, showers, and water sports at Coral Bay.

Golf
Paphos area is well catered for in the terms of golf. With 3 courses within about 30 mins drive to choose from, the golf buff is spoilt for choice. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course is par 70/71 and about 17km east of Paphos. Tsada Golf Club is about 30km away and par 72. Secret Valley Golf Cub is approx. 18km east of Paphos and par 72.

Skiing
In winter months there is good skiing in the nearby Troodos Mountains 1 hour's drive from the apartment. Where else could you ski in the morning and then be sunning yourself on the beach in the afternoon. There is ski equipment rental via the Cyprus Ski Club at the Ski Shop, but get there early as they all go pretty fast. Also they sell equipment at reasonable prices. There are 4 slopes from beginner to advanced levels.

Special interest holidays
Water park and go-karting facilities within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Children's small amusement park within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. 5 a side football pitches and crazy golf also close by, about 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
