Brand new for 2009 chic two bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor with mountain views and partial sea views. This modern contemporary apartment is fully air-conditioned and has been furnished to a very high standard. The complex is fully landscaped with four large pools and a children's pool. It also boasts a fully equipped airconditioned Gym for use by residents. Each block has lift access to apartment so ideal for those with mobility difficulties or young children. Secure complex with electronic security gates,private parking space and planned barbecue area in garden. Ideal holiday base for those wishing not to hire a car as it is within walking distance of all amenities and historical sites and has good transport links. Bedroom one has a king size bed with en suite shower room and large built in wardrobe space. Bedroom two has two single beds and also large built in wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are very spacious and beds have very comfortable top quality pocket sprung mattresses. Bathroom has full sized bath with shower. The Living room has a 2 seater leather sofa and a 3 seater leather sofa bed so sleeps 6 people comfortably. It also has a large luxurious centre piece rug and a 32” LCD TV with DVD player and a Sony Playstaion 2 complete with games for all ages. It has a kitchen that comes fully equipped and has a full size electric fan oven and hob , a large fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.
The generously sized balcony boasts nice views of one of the pools and also of the mountains and comes with a large patio table and comfortable sun chairs ideal for relaxing and dining. There is also a clothes airer on the balcony. There are sunbeds available to take to pool area.

The Paphos District
Cyprus enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. The Cypriot people are very friendly and helpful and English is widely spoken. They also drive on the left and all road signs are in Greek & English. There is a very good public bus service easily accessible from the apartment which will take you to Paphos old town, Tombs of the Kings and Coral Bay.
There are plenty of beautiful and exciting places to visit when in Paphos all within a 90 min drive. The beautiful Arkamas Peninsula with its natural rugged beauty, the fishing villages of Latchi & Polis, Baths of Aphrodites or Aphrodites Rock and also the fantastic Troodos Mountains with its beautiful scenery and you can do a spot of skiing in the winter months. The sight of lemon and orange trees at every twist and turn is a sight to behold. There are numerous beaches around Paphos where you can find peace and quiet away from the bustling crowds.
Kato Paphos / Artemis Cynthia area
The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Kato Paphos but within walking distance of all the attractions that Paphos has to offer. There is a selection of bars and restaurants 8-10 min walk from apartment and the popular Bar Street with all its bars, restaurants and night clubs is only 15 walk. The picturesque harbour and beach are only 20 min walk from the apartment.
Within 1.5km in one direction you have Paphos Waterpark, Go Kart Track, Mini Golf and Paintballing Park and 1 km in the other direction you have a Bowling Alley and Bingo hall. You have the only three championship golf courses in Cyprus within 20 min drive from the apartment, Tsada Gof Club, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills . There are a lot of historical sites in the Kato Paphos area and they are all within walking distance of the apartment. There are two Mini Markets 150m from apartment open 20 hours a day.
How to get there
Paphos International Airport is only 18-20 min drive from apartment. Taxis are plentiful at the airport and will cost 35-40 euro or alternatively the owners can arrange transfer from the airport via a local company. Larnaca Airport is a 90 min drive from the apartment and transfers can also be arranged via the same local company. Car hire is available at both airports through all the usual websites but www.elephantrentacar.com seems to be the most economical. This is a non smoking apartment, smoking only permitted on balcony. A refundable deposit of €150 euro is required to cover any breakages or loss of key. There is no lifeguard on duty so please be careful of children and supervise at all times. Please be mindful that tiled floors are slippy when wet.

A non refundable booking deposit of € 150 euro is required to secure the booking. Full payment including refundable security deposit is required 8 weeks before travelling. Any booking made within 8 weeks of travel is required to pay in full including security deposit at time of booking. Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at 11am but these times are flexible dependant on bookings please advise at time of booking. All prices are per apartment per week and are inclusive of air-conditioning & electricity. Long term lets during the winter are available, please contact owner for price. Rental rates for 2 person occupancy are for those using one bedroom only.
