Home description
Sun Island is a small complex of apartments 15 minutes drive from Paphos airport and is located in the Universal Area of Kato Paphos. With easy reach of many shops, bars and restaurants either the area near bar street approximately 10 min walk, the harbour area approximately 15-20 minute walk and the Tomb of the Kings area approximately 15-20 minutes walk.
The apartment is close to all amenities, beaches, mini golf, go karting, water park, boat trips from the harbour and many others. There are kiosks (small grocery shops) located next to the complex where provisions can be purchased or a 5 to 10 minute walk to a small market where fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, meat etc can be purchased. There is a large supermarket close to the aquarium.

The Paphos District
This is an all year round holiday destination boasting 330 days sunshine a year, with temperatures rarely below 60 degrees in the winter and rising to an average of 90 degrees (and sometimes more in the summer).
Paphos is internationally recognised as a beautiful part of Cyprus and has World Heritage status. Paphos is split into two main parts – Kato Paphos which is the waterside/harbour/old fort part and includes plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife – and Paphos town with the market and plenty of shops.
Within Paphos there are numerous archaeological sites together with old churches and ruins which you can wander about in the sunshine.
You can hire a car or go on organised trips to the picturesque Troodos mountains (where in winter you can ski in the morning and travel to the beach and sunbath in the afternoon), Aphrodite's rock, Aphrodite's baths, Aphrodite's hills up near Pissouri and many other places of interest.
Kato Paphos / Universal District
Paphos is a charming west coast town with a beautiful harbour with restaurants and bars where you can sample the freshly caught fish.
There are a number of places to visit, Aphroditie Hills near the town of Pissouri, Troodos mountains where in winter you can ski in the morning and travel back to the beach and sun bath in the afternoon, the tomb of the kings and many more places to adventure. There are three good golf courses within a short drive of Paphos. Many boat trips and fishing trips leave from the harbour There are various water sports available at most beaches Restaurants are plentiful and cater for a variety of tastes and budgets.
How to get there
Fly to Paphos International Airport – Kato Paphos is approximately a 15 - 20 minute drive or alternatively fly to Larnaca Airport which is approximately a 1hour 15 minutes drive.
Flights are available through Easyjet, Jet 2, Thomas Cook, Thomsonfly, First Choice, Monarch, Cyprus Airways and various others from many UK airports.

Further details indoors: The lounge area leads onto the balcony through patio doors and offers views looking towards the sea and pool area. You will find table and chairs and a barbecue for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
The lounge is fully equipped with TV, DVD, iPod docking station, games, books and DVDs for your use. There is a sofa which converts into a double bed (to enable the apartment to accommodate 6 people)
The open plan kitchen/dining area is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need and has a washing machine and clothes airer.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. A fully tiled en-suite with shower, sink, bathroom cabinet and toilet.
The second bedroom also has fully fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds.
The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, toilet,sink and bathroom cabinet.
Beach towels, bath towels and bed linen provided. Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms and is included in the price.
