This luxury apartment is an ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy everything Paphos and the beautiful surrounding area has to offer, only a 20 minutes stroll to the Harbour, beach and Bar Street. This luxurious ground floor apartment is immaculate throughout. It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac only 100 metres from the local amenities with private parking bays.
Fully air conditioned throughout on a private complex. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. It also benefits from drinking water on tap (no more carry litres of water each day).
There is an open plan dining room/lounge with SKY Satellite, Playstation 2, TV/DVD/CD player with IPOD Docks. There is also a WiFi Internet service available. The bedroom and lounge share a large patio area where you can enjoy the beautiful Cypriot atmosphere, with a pool view. Outdoor there's a large adult pool and a smaller kids pool with changing facilities.

We have 2 sun loungers and a table with Umbrella with 6 chairs for you to use on our rather large veranda. There are also a few small baby toys which your welcome to use if your taking a child with you. We recently left a Mothercare Travel Cot at the apartment also.

Further details
A £100.00 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit (against loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) will be refunded upon your return.
There is a Safe contained within the Apartment for your use. You may be pleased to hear that Cyprus has a very low, if at all, crime rate. Please note, if you loose the key, you will be charged for its replacement.
Vacating the apartment - if it is not booked then you may stay until you leave for the airport at no extra charge. Please enquire regarding your departure date availability when booking.

We appreciate accidents do happen. Should something become damaged during your stay, please alert our agent, or us on your return. Not so much so we can charge you, more so we can replace the item(s) ready for our next guest.

Strictly no all male or female parties, sorry. We do have some very nice neighbours and we wish to keep them as friends.
Once a booking is accepted, additional Guests can only be added at our descretion. We reserve the right to refuse Guests added at a later date.
The Paphos region
ENTERTAINMENT Bar Street - The famous 'Bar Street' is just moments away for those who enjoy the ultimate in nightlife. There are numerous clubs, bars and restaurants to see you through until 7am, that’s is you can make it that long! One Bar I can recommend is 'Woodys' at the top of Bar Street, not just for the music, but for the live entertainment. Mums & Dads - You can try and keep up with the all nighters, or alternatively if you’re getting on a bit, you have the Harbour and sea-front to provide entertainment. Again, here there are many bars and restaurants which usually have live entertainment going on most evenings. You will not escape the warm atmosphere any where in Paphos.
Kiddies - Hey, its your holiday too! There are plenty of family restaurants and bars which stay open way past 7:30pm so lets party! Again, there's always a lively atmosphere as Paphos is known for its family fun! Upon a confirmed booking we will email you a welcome pack full of tips for your entertainment.
The Kato Paphos / Universal District area
HARBOUR & BEACH There are various Beeches along the Sea Front with plenty of areas to bathe and relax. The famous Coral Bay is just 10 minutes away along the Tomb of the Kings. The Harbour is one of the most romantic places on earth, well that’s what I told my wife. Honestly, you can dine in one of the many Restaurants along the front, and stroll hand in hand along the Harbour. Admire the expensive Yachts, or stare at the stars, whatever suits you. Either way, its a moment you'll never forget. Upon a confirmed booking we will email you a welcome pack containing information on places of interest within Paphos

Our apartment is 15 minutes from the airport.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. We can also recommend a very low budget car rental company if you would like a car ready at the airport for you. As for flights, Easyjet now fly to Cyprus, or try Thompsonfly.
Alternatively, there will be plenty of taxis waiting outside the airport upon your arrival.

Your rental fee is for up to 5 guests staying in the apartment per week.
Once you have confirmed a booking via email, we then ask that you simply send us a cheque in the post. Alternatively, we can provide you with banking details and you can transfer funds if you so wish.
We offer a discount to return Guests and long term bookings, as you would expect.
