Ideal for a relaxing holiday, we have equipped the property to cater for couples or families. A welcome pack of food and wine is provided as standard and your keys and information are sent out to your home address baefore you leave. Large beds and efficient air conditioning for a comfortable sleep, both bedrooms have balconies. Sky tv with British channels, DVDs, a selection of books and games are all provided for your enjoyment. There are no additional costs for cleaning, this is included in the rental rates; we provide all linen, towels and even beach towels. Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom. Enjoy alfresco meals from the BBQ on your private patio.

How to get there
The property is a 15 minute drive from Paphos Airport and 1 hour 25 minutes from Larnaca. For flights from most UK airports please try;
Further details indoors: A spacious well equipped 2 bedroom villa which is ideal for a self catering holiday. Close enough for a leisurely stroll into town or down to the shops, bars and restaurants but yet in a quiet residential area. Ideal for families as you can see the pool your own patio. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and the family bathroom. Downstairs the living/dining/kitchen area is open plan and there is also a guest WC. The modern leather suite converts to a sofa bed and the chairs also convert to saofa beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped providing everything you could need for a self catering holiday. There is a washing machine and towels and bedding are all provided with the option of a mid stay linen change if required for bookings in exces of 7 days. A safe has been installed for locking away valuables.
Further details outdoors: The complex is built around a beautiful communal pool with plenty sunloungers and umbrellas for sunbathing; the patio overlooks the pool and is ideal for eating outdoors. Relax in the sun surrounded by the wonderful mediterraenean landscaping. It is located in a quiet residential area yet close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants and harbour area. There are several shops within a few minutes walk for your day to day requirements.

On your arrival you will find a complimentary welcome pack has been provided. A £200 refundable security deposit is payable; this is refunded once the keys have been returned provided there has been no damage or excess cleaning charges incurred. Air conditioning is charged at £3 per night and there is a charge of £5 per person per night for a 5th & ^th person. This is a non smoking property although it is permitted on the patio. Early booking, repeat booking and long term booking discounts available.
