About the home

Royal Seacrest is in the prime location of Tombs of the Kings. The apartment balcony overlooks the large lagoon pool with feature rock creations and waterfall features. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double leather sofabed in the lounge, making it ideal for couples or families. The complex also has a kids pool & outdoor jacuzzis. The landscaped gardens & children's play area are ideal for families.

The private roof garden furnished with sun loungers affords spectacular views of the Paphos sunset! An indoor gym is also provided for the more energetic holidaymaker.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach & many lovely eateries and pubs are close by. The lovely Paphos harbour is a 20 minute walk away or a bus can be caught nearby. Bar Street is also nearby and will appeal to the younger generation. A 10 min walk to Old town. Toddler friendly !!

Air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, the apartment consists of an open plan living - dining area with 32" Plasma TV, DVD. CD with Ipod player, PS2 & Games, fully fitted kitchen area with microwave & washing machine one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a double sofa bed in lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided. As well as air conditioning we have fitted ceiling fans and blackout blinds in every room.
We have installed a safe in the master bedroom for you to store your valuables.
We also provide a barbecue. Infants Cot & High Chair and Beach Towels free of charge.

The Paphos region

The charming town of Paphos is situated in the west. This lovely resort boasts an average of 340 days of sunshine a year and almost zero rainfall from April to November making it an ideal all year round destination.The Cypriots are friendly and welcoming. English is widely spoken and cars are driven on the left as in the UK.

There are many trips and activities available. A daily jeep safari is available to the Akamas National Park to see 'Turtle Beach' where the protected Greenback turtles lay their eggs. the Akamas Gorges, Adonis Falls and the sea caves are all also great trips.

Why not leave the beach for the day and enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain air in the beautiful Troodos Mountains! Full details of all the Islands activities will be provided in our apartment information pack.

The Kato Paphos / Tomb of the Kings area

The apartment is situated in a secluded area between the Tombs of the Kings area of Kato Paphos and the coastline. Well located, it is only a few minutes walk to both the tourist area, where there are many bars and restaurants, and the municipal beach.

Beyond that the harbour area is a 20 minute walk and the old town is a 10 minute walk.There are local air-conditioned buses that pass nearby that will take you to the markets, tourist area, harbour, Coral Bay and Aphrodite's water park . Taxi's are in abundance, if required, as are hire cars.

Ancient Roman and Greek sites are plentiful around Paphos these include the Tomb of the Kings, the harbour area and the World Heritage site that houses the famous mosaics.

Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and watersports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas. The best sandy beach can be found at Coral Bay.

There is a local diving school and for the younger members of the family, the Aphrodite water park is only a 5 minute drive away, as is the local go-carting track. Boat trips, fishing trips and mini cruises also leave from the harbour daily.
